Staff at front desk very pleasant and helpful. Convenient to airport and excellent shuttle service both to airport and shopping mall. Comfortable room and well looked after. Food level could be improved and we did experience considerable confusion our first night at dinner although waitstaff was pleasant and the problems were dealt with fairly.

Free parking was great. Near In and Out Burgers Hair blow dryer with no hot air --asked for an exchange but did not receive. Front desk staff helpful but with very flat affect.. I got the impression they did not want to be there . Daughter misplaced her breakfast coupon and they declined to replace it.
