My grandson and I were booked for a double bed room but was given a king. Had to go back to front desk for correct room. Room service breakfast order incomplete and food was not hot.Bathroom in pool area had a terrible odor.
Location and indoor pool for grandson

Some places within the hotel were in disrepair. Some door handles were broken off. There was trash on the floor in the hallways.
I enjoyed the hotel a lot. The hotel was in a perfect location for all activities around the city.

I booked well in advance and requested a queen bed. I check in and I'm told rather condescendingly that it's a request not a guarantee, I let it go only to get to my room and find a dirty carpet that had a giant ink stain. I could not believe I'd been given the worst room in the hotel with nothing but a bed, tv and plastic cups, felt like a Motel 6 room (with half the appliances), especially when I stepped out to get ice and saw a sign up saying there was no machine on my floor and that I should call Guest services to have it brought up - for which no one picks up for 30 minutes. I waste time running around the hotel looking for ice

The hermetically sealed windows. But I think that's just a European thing. And I understand you don't want people jumping out of your hotel.
Upgraded again to the Club Lounge which is handy for me as I stay on UK time. And given late check out of 2pm.

The location is right in the center of the old city

More smiles from the bar staff would be welcomed
Foyer and Bar/ restaurant was a great place to relax and if that wasn't enough you could slip up to the spacious pool area which was a very clean and inviting area

The swimming pool was disgusting, and my little boy got an eye infection after going in. The room service was very poor, the food was bad quality; the kid Mac and cheese was barely warm and watery, and the salad that came on the burger was old and wilted. Also the (supposedly fast!) Internet was $12 and it was painfully slow!
The room and bed were nice and comfortable, and the staff were very nice and helpful

Charged me twice for the room and then argued about crediting back my money. They had a very small under staffed bar and eating area for lunch and dinner. Food was poor. Many people walked out.
Breakfast area staff and space were amazing.

Bed was super comfy and noise level was controlled. Slept very well.
29 March 2015
They double booked my room then accused me of breaking into the room. The key they gave me had the room number on it. After a half hour they finally admitted their mistake.
28 March 2015
The pool was filled eith teenagers and wild. Left was my 7 year old granddaughter.

The staff could not find my SPF membership and didn't seem to particularly interested in my insistence that I'm a member and even though I didn't have my card or number with me my name had to be in the system. Needless to say they didn't find it (the fact that this survey was sent to me is additional proof that I am an SPG member) and I didn't have Wifi.
The room was very clean and comfortable and the location was near to several places of interest.
19 March 2015

Parking garage use was not explained very well. I returned late at night & was not able to use my card. Had to back out of entrance to ask at desk. Also, had problems leaving garage. Several cars ahead of me could not get out.
Food was good, but nothing available on a Sat night from 11:00 until 6:00 AM
