Score from 147 reviews Wonderful
The warmth and welcoming nature of all of the staff, without exception.
The cost for breakfast - we had to pass and found something really good and much less expensive round the corner.
- Easy to access from Highway (In/Out) - Good neighborhood, close to attractions such as Modern Art Museum, Town Hall, etc. - Close to Subway station
- No WiFi in rooms - Cleanliness (weird mothball smell) - Guest Parking is expensive
Beds were the most comfortable ever!
You should provide free wi-fi.
Location to race start and finish. 24th floor room had incredible view. Couldn't believe that we were given such a great room after booking on Bookings.com. Parking deck underground. HD TV signal and HD TV provides an awesome picture. Work desk and chair were very comfortable.
Bathroom plumbing in 2422 has issues. Cold water stem leaks a puddle on counter top, sink doesn't drain well, and worst of all, the shower head does not adjust to where you can remove it from "sand blast" setting (very painful shower). Bed was hard as a rock.
Very close to the Philadelphia marathon start and finish lines. Very comfortable beds.
Free WiFi only in the lobby. I was charged $9.50 to print two football tickets. No food available after 11pm.
Hotel amenities were nice. Pool was clean and the staff was friendly.
Registration staff at the front seemed unaware of process. It took 10 minutes to find my name in the system. Renovations were going on as well.
It is ridiculous that on top of paying roughly $200 a night, guests are asked to pay close to $30 for WiFi for the duration of their stay. And that they are charged $32 a day for parking UB the hotels parking garage. Absolutely ridiculous. I wouldn't cobsider staying in a Sheraton again if this is they way all chains of this hotel treat their guests.
great beds and nice staff
a bit pricey for the location not being central but still not too far from the action
We stayed at this location on different occasion the room was ok, nothing to write home about. The entrance was nice and clean, staff was friendly. The first room we check into was damp, there was no problem switching us another room right away. Close to near by shops, stores and restaurants.... Would stay again ( three and half stars)
Bedside lamp did not work we had to switch the lamps around from the desk to the bedside, not sure how house keeping miss that one ??? The hallway carpet needs a good cleaning or replace it !!! omg and parking fee was charged per night, not a good look ( work that out Sheraton) cost was $ 83.00 for two days. I have to say the property (rooms) ** are slipping just a bit. Staff was Courteous but did not elaborate what the Property had to offer ie house restaurant, or other services ?
A bit old
SO HELPFUL STAFF COMFORTABLE ACOMMODATIONS
NOTHING WAS GLARING AS A DISLIKE
Sheraton has very polite staff and a great location between important places. I'm gonna tell my friends about it.
There is no refrigerator and boiler water. Also, WiFi wasn't free like other hotels.
Staff was friendly and close to center.
The beds were comfortable.
The front desk was rude, low water pressure, the parking price, the location, the smell of the hotel, the small pool and no continental breakfast or free wifi. Lobby was small and under construction.
When we were on a long line waiting to check in there was a staff member who came and gave us bottled water. Nice gesture
Waiting on that long line
Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. Very convinent to work as I was in town to work the Made in America Festival for the weekend.
The ice machine AND Coke machine on my floor were out of order. No mini fridge in the room so I had to go to another floor to get a cold drink and ice, all weekend.
The room and facility is very clean and when we needed some essentials, room service was there within moments. Most of the staff was friendly and accommodating.
First, I tried booking directly and was told there were no rooms available, so I went through an online booking site. Got a room, no problem. Once booked, I realized the check in date was incorrect, tried calling and was re-directed to the booking site, once again no problem. Upon arrival, I was going to have my vehicle valet parked and was talked out of that by the valet, there is self park. Unloaded the luggage, by myself, as we walked into the hotel to check in we were TOLD that we had to park right away, by the same valet, all I wanted to do was check in, get the bags upstairs and head back out for dinner. After a night out, we tried the parking garage, the room key wouldn't activate the gate to get in and when I told the front desk about it the next morning, I was told "it's a new system, lets re-program your key" me: "OK". Tried using it again, you guessed it, it didn't work. Now back to the room, I found we had a wonderful view of the satellite dish for the hotel, the self park/ valet charges were extremely high, for a room that ended up over 200.00 a night with "taxes", wi-fi was an additional charge per day (I've stayed at low budget hotels where the parking and wi-fi are free). Now to the room, the shower head was loose and pulling away from the wall, the toilet seat lid is plastic and rather flimsy, but all were manageable. So 4 days later, we decided that we wanted to stay another night, so I call the front desk, can you guess what happens here? Yup, because I booked online, I had to go through them again, even though I was there, credit card in hand to give them more money for this wonderful room. I work hard for my money and want to feel that I'm getting what I pay for and this was by far not worth the money that I was charged.
Bed was comfortable. Hotel was located close to plenty of attractions and must see sites.
Cost for breakfast was too expensive. Also if you didn't want to pay $32 a/day for hotel parking, it was difficult to find a parking because of location downtown.
Clean and most staff was very helpful
One girl in the room has asthma and the AC machine broke. No one was able to fix it until a full day later so she was not able to sleep and couldn't breathe in the hot and humid room.
Location perfect Room was comfortable
Over inflated breakfast prices. I had received a fax and was not informed. Some staff were unhelpful (particularly at breakfast)
Location and room was clean and bright and had a nice view
Woke up to find no running water in bathroom to wash or shower I went down to front desk and reported it maintenance fixed the problem at 1130am so I could have a quick shower before 12 o'clock check out
Comfortable beds spacious room and that I overstayed an hour without any hassle from hotel
Room was nice, staff was courteous
No free WiFi ($10) No free breakfast ($17) No free parking ($32) Bar/restaurant down stairs service was poor 15 minutes and no one took my order. I left
Staff was awesome!! Will be back..
