The room was clean and staff was very nice.
The air freshener smell in my room was WAY to much, it gave me a headache and my allergies really bothered me. It was like someone was trying to cover up a smoking room, even though its supposed to be non smoking. TV stations were out due to upgrade in system, which of course you are not told till after you check in, so I had to watch some random channel. Also the problem about the lost reservation which eventually got fixed. I made the reservation 2 weeks or so prior and the day I went they said they didn't have my reservation. I called the 800 number and they still couldnt find my reservation so I made another one. And they told me to call booking.com. I just figured I did something wrong. I called booking.com and the lady had told me the hotel had spelled my name wrong and thats why noone could find my reservation. She called your reservation center and I was only to be billed for one stay. When I got billed for 2 rooms I called the hotel which could not help me whatsoever. I was given to the hotel accounting person who asked that I forward her screen shots of everything I had so she could figure out what happened because she could not find both my reservations either. She was very helpful and sent me an email a few hours later stating she found the reservation with the misspelled name and credited my card for the amount. I just think there should be another way to look up the reservation besides last name, like the phone number or credit card. To tell a customer that is standing in your hotel that they need to call the 800 to fix the problem is not very customer friendly. How was I supposed to know that the first letter of my last name got changed from a C to a K? I am grateful for the lady at the hotel who took the time to research my complaint to refund my money but the day I was supposed to stay was very frustrating.
The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable...so good that I didn't want to get out of bed!!!
