Location and staff very good.

In the room plastic and paper cups for drinking were provided. No glass and proper tea / coffee cups or mugs. No teas spoon, only plastic stirrers. Very cheap image!!!

it was close to shopping.

the furnuture was old and the stairs was dirty, I told the Person at the desk and he said he was going to change the stairs but all they did was bring one stair and the same dirty stairs was still there we wanted another room but all they had was a queen size room with no view also we had a small patio the room I seen on the internet had a big patio I was not happy with our room the patio floor had to be washed down it was dirty also and it was our 1st anniversary.

Great location- very central in Waikiki. Close to shops, beach etc. NIce historic element, very good gym, very good computer access area, excellent tour booking desk ( Marsha was very helpful and efficient )! Evening music and daytime craft events were all good and provided interest during the stay. Upstairs events room was also a great benefit for shows/ entertainment.

Hotel needs a little renovation/ refresh in some areas- just age-related. Hotel room was ok- perhaps a little small/ cramped but ideal as a stop off/ change and go out area. Air conditioning/ vents were a bit noisy and sliding door to bathroom was jerky and difficult to close- again, maintenance, age-related fittings....did not affect our overall enjoyment of out trip however :-)

Hotel staff was not pleasant, no aloha spirit what so ever! And, there is no hot tub, the pool closes at 6, and the rooms look like they havn't been touched since wwii!

Do espaço e da vista do meu quarto: uma suite no andar 25. Vale a pena pagar um pouco mais. A copa da suite também é ótima.

Da falta de wireless. No meu quarto só tinha internet a cabo. Da falta de limpeza em baixo das poltronas do quarto. O chuveiro da suite não condiz com a qualidade do hotel.

２歳の子供と一緒の旅行でしたが、買い物、散歩、海岸に便利で楽しく過ごせました。利用する事はありません- でしたが、ドクターオンコール、子連れには安心感があります。

贅沢かもしれませんが・・・ タオルがゴアゴアでした。

Vi tyckte att läget var jättebra. Bra service att man fick låna strand stolar till havet.

Poolen var lite liten.

La proximité de ce qu'on pourrait appelé le "STRIP" où l'on trouve le Marché aux puces International, des restaurants et des centres commerciaux de grandes marques

立地と広さは良かった あと、シャワーが稼働の（シャワーヘッドが動かせる）良かった。

La nouvelle taxe de "confort" qui nous est imposée . Il s agit d'une taxe pour la WIFI,le service plage,le parking. Abusif quand on n'utilise pas ces services et de mauvais goût quand on est dans une chambre qui n'est pas équipée en WIFI

需要下午4点才入住，我们早晨到达夏威夷，飞行一天，很累，想要休息，但不能入住，只好在外游荡。

Ottima posizione centrale e comoda per la spiaggia.

Hotel vecchio e fatiscente. Piscina ridicola per dimensioni e spazi considerando la portata clienti dell'hotel. Internet a pagamento in camera...ancor più ridicolo!!! Bagno da motel di bassa categoria! Non ci andate!!!!!

Bien situé à Waikiki, entre plage et commerces

L'hôtel a dû être bien, mais a mal vieilli, entre la chambre démodée, la salle de bain décrépie, le lobby bruyant, avec des tables en plastic des vendeurs de souvenirs made in china, la terrasse du petit déjeuner et dîner inconfortable et infestée de pigeon. Le check-in est interminable, comme souvent à Honolulu, avec trop peu d'employés, tous lents, et donc une queue interminable, même pour les spg Glod-Platinum, très désagréable quand on arrive fatigué.Wifi dans une aile de l'hôtel seulement (il en compte trois), celle des tours opérateurs japonais. Surtaxe de 18 usd (+ taxes us) par jour imposée pour les services Resort, tous inutiles, à commencer par un infect cocktail gratuit (sans alcool, servi directement à la pompe) et l'internet par câble à débit limité. Bref, un Sheraton aux us, bas de gamme, pas rénové depuis 1970 et sans aucun charme. Sauf sa situation dans Waikiki, qui justifie des tarifs élevés.

服务人员素质一般，态度一般。房间设施旧，房间里有蟑螂。

óTima localização e qualidade boa. Excelente escolha

룸 3개 모두 좀벌레가 득실하여로 대단히 불쾌했으며 직원이 방문하여 확인후 2실은 바꾸어 주었음. 미처 발견하지 못하고 잠을 잔 형님 부부는 가려움으로 고생. 직원 확인후 다른 룸으로 바꾸어 주었으나 전날 동생 부부가 바꾼 룸으로 소개받음. 항의하여 다른 룸으로 변경 받았으나 룸 카드를 이전 룸카드를 주어 열리지 않아 한동안 룸앞에서 씨름했고 콜하여 올라온 직원은 우리보고 프론트에 내려가 룸카드를 다시 받아오라고 하여 대단히 불쾌. 매니저의 사과를 요구했으나 끝내 요구가 받아 들여지지않음. 유 투브에 스마트폰으로 촬영한 수십마리의 좀벌레 동영상 게시와 직원의 불친절과 얄팍한 상술을 알리려고 함. 이런 호텔을 소개한 www.booking.com 역시 책임이 있다고 봄.
