THe views were nice. The hotel was nice. Loved the balcony

food was expensive and so was watching a movie in the room

Check in was fast and efficient, the room was clean and attractive

This hotel permits pets and we are very allergic to them. Plus, after three calls to client services and no response we gave up. Fianlly the remote for the tv did not work and we could not contact anyone to get a replacement.

It was very quiet, and the staff was very attentive to any questions we had or concerns.

When I booked my room, I thought I was suppose to have a room w/a loveseat. When I got to my room there was no loveseat, just a chair, desk, and bed. But really wasnt in the room that much.

Beautiful room, recently remodelled with very nice decor. Very nice bedding and pillows.

Paper thin walls, it was very noisy and I could hear everything going on around me. I could not even get the fan to stay on, the normal trick to drown out noise. Not good for an airport hotel when folks need sleep. I was put into a second tower that is about a mile from the main hotel and you have to take a shuttle bus to get from the main hotel.

The room was very comfortable and the staff very freindly and helpful. Views are lovely, however if you are located on the airport side of the hotel, the airport noise is too loud to relax on the balcony. Fortunately there is a night curfew so that your sleep is not disturbed.

Wifi is only available in the lobby, if you want it in your room, you have to pay a daily additional rate.

When the valet brought my car for departure, I had 4 bird droppings on the hood and water spots all on the side from the sprinklers. I had it washed the morning before the trip. I was little bummed. Also, I know that minibars are a convenience and not cheap but a shot of Grey Goose for 15.00 bucks is a bit steep.

It had so much for everyone to do. Really innovative lounging areas near water and pool. Great restaurant on site.

Menue and atmosphere at "Quinn's " restaurant.Main reataurant for dinning to expensive for everyday dinning !.... "Wake up call mashine" didn't work properly; After original call ,tephone was ringing every 10 min. For one hall hour. Customer service couldn't help.....

There's so nice place. It has nice view. I had great vacation in this place.

Direct looking to marina, great location and very reasonable cost. Hotel looks old from outside but rooms are refurbished and quite nice.

Extra parking fee 22 usd per day for overnight guests.

The hotel room was spacy and very clean. The bed was very comfortable which is always important. The room had a nice view of the marina and downtown San Diego.

The fact that it was not close to the city, the pricy parking and the fact that there was no free wi-fi

Location coincided with a conference that I was attending.

Front desk person handling checkin was not very knowledgeable and was unable to get help when she needed it due to a staff meeting. One of the check out receptionist was rude and lacked customer skills. Hotel messed up booking and showed only one room instead of two rooms requested and confirmed through Booking.com. It took 1 hour to get second room. At checkout time, pricing for second room was much higher than booking.com rate. It took another hour to get rate for room corrected. During process, clerk was argumentative rather than helpful. We finally got help from a manager. Hotel tried to charge extra for late checkout. Initially front desk refused to hold luggage once check out was done at check out time. Again lots of time was wasted.

The cost of parking was a lot and unexpected. The cost of Wifi was expensive as well. Usually hotels give free parking and free wifi. This hotel did not have any of that. The food there was very expensive and very plain.

The bathroom was small and not well maintained. The idea that you had to use your room key to self park in order to get in and out of the parking lot, and that it cost $22.00. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
