The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. Our room was wonderfully decorated and had an beautiful view. The location was perfect with a view of the city and harbor lights at night. The staff even sent chocolate covered strawberries to our room in celebration of our anniversary. I didn't know the hotel had two separate buildings and we would not be staying in the main building but in the tower about a 1/4 mile away. It was a little far to use the other facilities. We still had a wonderful time. |

It was very central and close to car hire also. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the room was comfortable. We also got massages in the Spa on site and it was fantastic. Would definitely stay again. |

The loation was very convenient for San Diego city and other attractions. The view of the marina from the room was incredible. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable with good facilities. Parking was easy although it was at extra cost. The buffet breakfast was very very nice and the service from John (a waiter there) was very kind and welcoming, he really made us feel special. The occasional aeroplane taking off from San Diego airport. Although, this was only really during the day when we were sat on the balcony. With the doors closed, or at night you couldn't hear anything. |

First of all nature made it glorious .and because I know about the archtectural point he did very wonderfull job of the floor plan and u can see the bay from every point of buildingand service was really fabulous..it makes nice atmosfer. |

Contemporary design. Clean, comfortable, great location, great views. Close to Gaslamp District, USS Midway, Seaport Village. Staff is extremely professional, friendly, and prompt. Very accomodating and knowledgeable about events in the area. Beautiful property. Service in the lounge was slow. |

The view out the balcony was very nice, bed was pretty comfortable. I called the spa twice trying to book a massage. Each time I left a message and was told I would be gotten back to but no one ever did so I didn't get one. Also the bathroom needs up dated. Shower was very old and the space was very cramped between the shower and the toilet. |

Ottima la posizione direttamente sulla baia e sul porto a vicinissima all'aeroporto internazionale Un hotel di questo livello divrebbe offrire ai suoi clienti una connessione wireless in tutte le camere gratuita... Lo fanno persino I motel da 30 dollari a notte, dallo sheraton sarebbe lecito attendersi qualcosa di piu' |
