Parking was 25$ and no Wifi in the rooms, you need to pay for it, It supposed to be 4-5 stars hotel !!!!
the room was spacious and hotel was located next to the airport
i believe in the price you pay breakfast should be included
The customer service was excelllent and the rooms were very clean.
Carpet in the hallway was dirty. Need to shampoo hallways more often!
the bellman took the initiative to request a room on a higher floor with unobstructed view of harbor. the bed was comfortable and the amenities were above average.
being put into a room overlooking the roof with a compromised view of harbor. the staff in the sports bar were inattentive so we left and had dinner elsewhere.
The view from our room was amazing. Watched the sunset from our private balcony. Food on the patio was great!
$24 to self park around the back...way away from our room. When we checked out I asked to front desk if I should leave my keys in the room which they replied yes. I guess you need your room key to get out of the parking lot. Had to ask everytone to back up, then parked and had to wait in line for a new key...lesson learned!
Beautiful grounds, decent restaurants, beautiful pool area, and nice rooms. Incredible views all around the hotel. The staff was incredibly nice and courteous. The premium Internet is capable of streaming HD.
They charge more for a room with a view, but they have large trees surrounding the property that block the view for many rooms of the first 5 floors. They should not be charging for a view for these rooms. The hotel is also quite literally sandwiched between two airports. You can hear the jets from inside of your room, though they didn't keep us up at night.
Staff was friendly
Bed was broken down. Self parking gate did not work. Had to unplug light or alarm clock in order to charge cell phone. No ihome. Room looked as it needed to be redone.
The hotel itself was well appointed, and clean as you would expect from a Sheraton. The are near the water added to the serenity of the setting around us.
Our room was near what seemed to be the trash or recycling end of the hotel, so beginning in the wee hours of the morning by 4 am there was beeping and backing of vehicles and loud voices which was very disrupting to our sleep. Additional negative was the front desk was very non accommodating to my need and request for a wine opener. We called and were told it would be 2 hours. I then proceeded to walk down to the concierge service on my own to then discover they were out of disposable wine bottle openers and quote "everyone was to busy to go the storage area to replenish the supply, therefore I might want to come back at another time at least an hour as they were busy at the check in desk"
That we couldn't stay longer
Very noisy. Room was remote. Bed was uncomfortable. Price high.
front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
Parking (self-parking) was rather challenging especially during the weekend when there was a wedding banquet. I circled around the parking lot for a while in order to find a space to park.
The front desk staff when above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable!
The mattress and pillows were wonderful. The view great! Very clean.
I was disappointed with calling breakfast order in - the items I picked up were not what I ordered. Staff seemed a bit confused. I just took what they gave me. Probably should have had breakfast in the dining area - it had a great view.
The beautiful view of the bay. The yacht and sails and the lights at night. Sitting on the balcony in the morning and evening. The bus transportation to the airport and around the city was fantastic. So many things to see little Italy, Gas Lamp, midway. Ferry to DeCornado. Restaurants very good. The pool and spa was awsome. The ambiance of the Sheraton was lovley designed.
I can't find anything I didn't like.
This hotel had a lovely feel to it, the views were great from everywhere. We had a snack in the bar and the food was excellent. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We would love to come back to this hotel as we only had 2 nights here. Loved San Diego too!
The staff was rude when I asked for a receipt.
Location......close to downtown San Diego, Harbor, Old Towne, Zoo, La Jolla, etc.
The fact we paid for a room that was NOT what we we reserved, the actual room confirmed and advertised by the Sheraton, on Booking.com. We won't return. No satisfaction or renumeration for the high cost of staying there - we could have stayed in a nice motel, and saved hundreds!
I loved the accommadations, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The view was excellent.
I did not like the long strand of hair on the bathroom floor. It's a pet peeve of mine. I also did not like that when I booked this trip, Booking.com did not advise me that the parking was almost 25.00 a night. As it was very crowded in parking we were comped a day and I'm very greatful for that
the out side staff were very helpful
I did not like there were so many dog some were growling in lobby when checking out. Were limited so bar of soap in room only one bar none for soap
I loved that it was just a few minute drive to everything we wanted to do. The pool was wonderful. We really enjoyed playing in it every day.
The beds were not all that comfortable and the air conditioning in our room didn't work most of the time we were there.
Rooms not maintained at a reasonable time, not cleaned until after 4pm
The hotel and staff were great. My family had a pleasant and comfortable stay.
The staff of the Starbucks within the hotel were unpleasant executed their jobs poorly.
Many of the employees were very nice
Some of the tower lounge employees were not so nice. The spa had itchy robes!
