No fan in the bathroom

I've been to Seattle many times but never stayed at the Sheraton. I found the hotel to be very conveniently located, nicely designed (I'm an interior designer), clean with great facilities such as the lounge, etc. and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The staff were very nice, helpful, and attended needs quickly. Location was fantastic for my business appointments and for shopping.

There could have been free wifi.

Location to shopping, restaurants, zoo, pike place market was ideal.

Our room was old and I wasn't impressed by the cleanliness level. Despite having the air set on 64 degrees the entire time, it never cooled off and felt stuffy.

How shallow the pool was. Great location tho it was cool being on the 35th floor and swimming

The beds were comfortable but could have been Queen not double. I liked the big tv and the view from our room 3125.

The beds could be Queen size instead of double and the carpets had big stains on them. The mini bar was too expensive. Overall the hotel needs updating.

Unresponsive service. Valets watched us unload and load our car. Room carpet was so wet we had to change socks and get a new room. Knowledge of area and maps was poor.

Location and price, also nice workout area.

The mattress on our bed was not adequate, we keep rolling in the middle. Seemed like maybe a new mattress should be in order.

Parking. Most expensive than anywhere I stay.

Very convenient for City centre activities. Room and service was all that was expected

Getting caught by cost extras after we'd booked and 'paid' - namely 17% Taxes! All our other (mainly European) Booking.com bookings included all Taxes - no nasty suprises

Travelers beware!! The hotel had no record of my reservation through Booking.com when we checked in. Luckily, they were not full and honored the reservation and price. Could have been a difficult situation!!

Great place, excellent room, very spacious, very close to almost every downtown tourist attraction.

Price for parking is too expensive 42 USD for an overnight, but gives you advantage of in and out privilige.
