The chairs in the lobby were very comfortable

When we got there the women at the front desk told me that there was only king size beds left and we were traveling with 2 children. Which was clearly on the reservation. The man next to me was willing to give up his double bed room for my King bed room. It just seemed the front desk wanted to put me into a king without troubleshooting. We did end up in a Double. Then when we got into the room it smelled like smoke. The reservations say non smoking! Which I am allergic to and was unable to sleep. The beds are uncomfortable,even though you get more than enough pillows. I had no sleep. Couldn't wait to sleep in my own bed!

Great location

Pretty lively music coming from lounge area late into the night! Til 2:00 in the morning, since we were on the second floor we heard vibrations from speakers!will not stay there again unfortunately!

Poor service at bar. Took ages to get served and had to ask for bill twice. We felt we were invisible there (maybe not young enough or good looking enough?) The extra $100 per night for use of the club lounge was a total waste of money. We would have been better off just paying for a full breakfast in a restaurant rather than the meagre one on offer there. Had to take own suitcases up to the room so we assumed this service unavailable and lugged them back to the lobby when we left.

The beds were comfortable. The location ideal for the historic Philadelphia experience. Nice and close to south street.

Perfect location and very nicely designed. Contemporary with a vintage twist. Great sized rooms / facilities and very appealing communal areas. Would definitely Return!

Contacts when a/c kicked in was loud, windows dirty,pool out of service- that was a bummer!

Horrible horrible horrible staff are very rude and don't want to Do a thing to help out .. We called to confirm That we were getting a king instead we got a 2 double when we arrived and they never informed us so it was surprise. I called to inquire the guest service agent didn'T. Want to do a thing then Jennifer got on the phone equally rude and Wouldn't help. We were part of a wedding party and we just asked for mouthwash and they told us they don't have any. We informed them That we are staying in the hotel then Jennifer said that they are quite busy and will need a while to deliver which was like 40 min. Seriously !! I paid 213 dollars for crappy service and couldn't sleep all night because the double bed were too small for me and my husband ... Horrible horrible horrible not to mention that we have to fight the staff for some Toothbrushes . Never again and spend ur money elsewhere.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, nicht weit von Metro- Station und Independence Park. Modern, komfortabel, sauber und kein Hochhauskasten (nur 3 Stockwerke). Ein überdachtes Swimmingpool im letzten Stock. Genug Gastronomie im Umkreis.

Great location for city access.

Parking was very expensive (valet for $35 per day). If you're driving in and can figure out a better parking plan, the location is perfect for access to all the sites in Philadelphia!
