The price was excellent. and the friendliness of the staff.Other positive elements were the beds and the easy access to parking.
The room was great and the facilities as well,used both the pool and the gym and really enjoyed the experience.
We had and issue with the parking and that is the only think I could complain about.

I left a request for breakfast to be delivered between 6:45-7:00. The tag was picked up but breakfast was never delivered.
We thought the sheets were very uncomfortable; not soft at all.
The hotel was beautiful
Vapor convention.... fire alarm went off many times. We were woken twice by it. My 14 year old daughter was sick from to much sun that day and every time they went off she was woken and then vomitted. The last time it went off we would have left the hotel and took the 2 hour ride home but my daughter being sick we werent able to do that. I was very upset and still am. The guy at the front dest took some money off the room and I appreciate that but feel I shouldnt have had to pay anything due to the issues. Others I have spoken with have said the same. Also... found wrappers on the floor in the room from past guest. Probably wont return to tjis hotel. Feel cheated.

room lacked the usual of book listing guest svc and ammenities. asked for info at the desk and received a copy of tv channel line-up); 2 staff members at front desk became completely occupied with party of 4 checking in (instead of one switching to attend to those of us waiting for service)
Was automatically charged for parking even though I didn't use the parking lot. After I mentioned it at the desk they did take it off my bill
Room, pool and MVP bar very good, staff very friendly.
Parking was limited and key card system did not work. Needed to get validated about 12 times in 3 days. Parking elevator was out one night and elderly parents had to walk up stairs because we had already parked and left the car.
Friendly staff, good food, convenience to the conference I was attending. All requests were responded to promptly, like a fridge in the room for my baby's food.
Mattress sagged to the right, so I was sleeping at an angle. Dinner at the pub took forever. At least an hour to order and then thirty minutes to get our meal. They were understaffed, I think they had only one waitress. I asked for steamed veggies for my one year old and they came out soaked in oil. But they took them off the bill at my request. The thermostat in the room didn't seem to work either.
We liked everything about the sheraton definately will go back again.
The neighborhood was a bit sketchy as you walked around away from the hotel but that will not push me away from going again.
Staff was helpful and friendly. Location was perfect for our needs.
Elevator service in the hotel is slow. Climate control within the rooms is poor. You (the customer) are subjected to the Go green mantra ...the room was too warm without having the ability to cool it down... Very uncomfortable the first night Complained and maintenance assisted, but paying customer has no control over the heating or cooling of room.
There was a thumping sound coming from the hvac, maintenance arrived within 5min and fixed the problem. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The bed made a lot of noise when you moved. The pillows where not very supportive ( what hotel pillows are though) and the bed was a little firm for my taste.
We loved the spa bath in the room :-) the room was spacious. Receptionists were helpful with looking for a brunch place for us.
The sauna was not working and the pool was very cold.

At the counter in check in not to good the service i have to ask for a maneger so i can have for what i pay for club king bedroom them i have to change my key twice other than that i liked
