Perfect location for ScottTrade arena events. Metro train station across the street with easy access to Airport. Early check-in was not a problem and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and well maintained.
Housekeeping knocking on door at 8am to ask when we're leaving.
The place needs some serious updating...
location was great, staff was pleasant, bed was comfortable and clean and great pool on 13th floor overlooking the city however the restroom in the pool area had no lights and hadn't been cleaned in sometime.
Furniture in the room is stained, worn from use and with holes. Was suprised based on the cost comparison to hotels in the area.
I like the location.
Overall room was nice. Bed was confertable and there was a mini fridge to keep things we bought cold
The pillow had some stains on it and they had a mini fridge but no microwave..
I like the comfort of the bed; the staff was very accommodating and nice.
The room was awfully dusty; there was a substance on the carpet resembling dried blood; the prices in the restaurant were outrageous, considering the quality; the hotel is far away from local most local attractions.
Great location to see any events at the scottrade center. It is a very short walk to and from the venue. Room was very spacious
big rooms, excellent location, club access well worth it
THE LOCATION WAS CLOSE TO INTERSTATE 64. I was going to Forest park and it was just down the street.
The dining in was a bit too expensive. I just wanted to eat a sandwich or a bowl of soup.
Close to Cardinal Stadium
The bed was comfortable Huge room
Stains on carpets Dust on the wall opposite the air conditioner, it had a considerable build up over the whole wall Bathroom was quite dirty underneath the rail and toilet (however only noticed when in the bath) Staff weren't very helpful when we have a issue. It was just below the standard I would usually expect form a Sheraton
Facilities and location to key attractions is great.
Did not care for the dinner at the Bistro 14 in the hotel. They were out of a large amount of items from their regular menu...they were even out of carrots! Overpriced food for the quality.
Did not have free internet or parking. The food in the club room was Not of good choice or quality. Also was not enough food for everyone using the club room. They ran out and did not refill!
The location was great!
The pool closing at 10:(
The staff at the bistro were really nice to us and the head chef recommended a really nice restaurant for our 1 year anniversary and they helped us to celebrate with some complimentary chocolate covered strawberries
Spaciousness of suite and location to downtown.
Overpriced concessions and had to pay to park.
We were able to walk to Ballpark Village so that was nice. Our room was large & spacious. Staff was very friendly.
The curtains wouldn't close all the way so there was a bright light shining in when I was trying to fall asleep.
Took my dog too
Pay to park
Parking prices Hot tub not operating
Nice big room, walk to ballpark, quiet room
Spacious rooms, with mini fridge
Run down looking. Stains in the carpets, uncomfortable couch and out-dated decor in an extremely bad location. Yes it is right by the ballpark and train station, but scary to walk out the front door.
The hotel reception was modern and asthetically pleasing. Staff were helpful and friendly
The room was dated and the facilities were not sufficient for the size of the hotel, a small group of young men on some kind of course took over the pool and others wanting to use the pool facilities in relaxation had to leave.
