the staff really went out of their way to help you out. they were so friendly. fantastic hotel, it really stands out and the location is excellent. not one negative, if your planning a trip for disney there would be other hotels much closer, but for the rest of the theme parks its great. |

Very easy to acess to the principal road of Orlando (I-4). Just at side of Universal Studios and the Outlets (Premium outlets and Prime). Good place to the parking car The staff could be more gentle... and more helpful... the breakfast is nothing special... |

I stayed at the hotel and have stayed there before. The hotel has a lot of potential with a great location. The unfortunate thing is the lobby is small and a lot of people hanging around. It takes away from the atmosphere and makes me want to quickly get to my room. Also my reservation was camcel;ed when I checked in but since I made three changes to my reservation I could see how. I was lucky to get a room and had to pay the walk in rate. small lobby, computers were used all the time |

It was very good except the phone calls from thr room are very expensive ,please upgrade the automatic phone mc and check the net cables |

It was near of Walt Disney and very near to the Premium Outlet, which were our porpousesto travel to Orlando. |

Nothing I was under the impression that there was refridgerators in every room, this is not true i was put on a waiting list for one. I was going to stay 3 nights check out after the first night. |

Room amenities not as described in write up. Broken light and hair in tub. Very visible dust and grime in all areas of room. Poor mattress quality. None of the several pop machines had any type of drinks in them. Only one staff at front desk= long lineups. |

Desde a minha chegada ao Hotel até o meu regresso, fui muito bem atendido, principalmente pelas garçonetes do restaurante (atenciosíssimas). |

A relação de preço com o conforto e principalmente a localização! Reservei e paguei por um apto de luxo com uma cama King em andar acima do 11°! Mas quando cheguei me colocaram em um apto no 7° andar co duas camas Queens... Quando reclamei, simplesmente falou que não tinha outro quarto para trocar, disse que nos tranferiria quando possível, mas fiquei os 7 dias e não nos transferiram... Me senti enganado! |

Além da simpatia e prontidão de todo o staff, o hotel fica muito bem localizado, perto de restaurantes, farmácias e de alguns parques de diversão. O hotel também dispõe de algumas facilidades já incluídas no preço como internet livre nos quartos, fitness center, acesso a internet com impressão no lobby sem custo. |

su ubicacion por su cercania a los parques de universal studios y outlets, el trato del personal, las comodidades (incluida la pisina) y amenities (agua mineral, cafe y cafetera de filtro y tabla de planchar y plancha) que ofrecen y el estacionamiento y conexion wifi gratuitos que el frigobar hay que pedirlo en el momento de hacer el check in, de lo contrario, las habitaciones no disponen de frigobar |

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral aber trozdem angenehm ruhig gelegen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und sehr gut geschlafen. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist nach Amerikanischen Standart gut. Es gibt sehr viele interessante Shoppingmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch Speiselokale sind zu Fuss schnell erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und ausserordendlich hilfsbereit. Wir empfehlen das Four Points gerne weiter!!! Ein grosser Pluspunkt sind auch noch die ausreichenden Parkplätze die kostenlos genutzt werden dürfen.. |
