Location was great. Near Universal theme parks, Prime Outlets, eating and other shopping areas. Got a really good price as well. My room smelled a bit of cigarette smoke

Very good location on International Drive where you can access I-ride trolley bus, or Lynx bus, so you can move around if you dont have a car. Location is very close to Convention center and some attractions like Universal studios resort and Sea World. You can walk down international drive where you can find a variety of shops, food marts and food outlets... Red Lobster is just across the street. The are is very safe. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. It was a little bit expensive, but all in all it was worth it and I do recommend it if you are coming for business or vacation. Despite I paid a relatively high rate, yet breakfast was not included. However, you can eat at many diners around for a reasonable price. There is no one to help you with the luggage at all times.. So you may do that by yourself. Make sure when you order a taxi from the reception desk to ask for a taxi with a meter.. Otherwise you may be surprised to get one with no meter and he may overcharge you on no previous information or specific fare!...

The most things I like was the location and the price of the room. Furthermore it was clean and no problem parking. Their was nothing that bother me beside my room door that didn't want to open one day. But in this case I was attended with the most incredibly professional staff.(maintanace/engineering and front desk personal) An a+ for them.

I liked the beds; they were extremely comfortable. Also parking was very convenient. Lastly the bartenders in the pool area were great. The location was good to Universal Studios Orlando. Great dry lclean service as well. I absolutely hated that I had to stick my card key into the elevator each time I returned to my room or got ice. Also the room did not offer a refrigerator option. I also was never told where the restaurant was. Lastly the pool was kind of Motel 6 quality. To be fair it had a bar but it was not attractive.

Close to Universal, nice big rooms with a view. My bed was old and the matrass bumpy. The blanket had a funny smell and needed to be cleaned. Airco is noisy, no possibility to open a window for fresh air...

Perfect location for theme parks. Hotel has all the facilities the family needed. Very helpful staff.

Location, front disk are friendly. Card access is such a great security . I changed my room 3 times. The first time : booked a 1 king and they put me in a 2 queen beds The 2nd : due to an issue in the bathroom. Unfortunately I realized that the the 3rd one is rife best one and the king room that I'm looking for. Unfortunately I stated there for 1 night ):

The room was small, had a terrible odor, the bathroom was unbearable with small black hairs covering the tub, floor and sink. The staff were unpleasant and unwilling to help. The lobby is not a lobby. The atmosphere was very unwelcoming. No complimentary breakfast!!

The location is convenient. There are many shops and restaurants. It`s nice to have free shuttle service between hotel and Disney World resort.

The main purpose of our stay was to visit Universal Studios. Four Points was listed as a partner hotel. We chose this hotel based on price and location. Although we didn't get a king size bed as requested, our stay at the Sheraton was very nice. Lots of good restaurants nearby, Universal Studios was within walking distance, the hotel was also a stop for a courtesy shuttle to Universal. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It was a good experience. Likely to come back. Only a minor negative - my husband and I traveled with our adult daughter, had 2 separate rooms. We requested a king size bed, but got a room with 2 queens. The mattresses were a bit "springy" for the two of us - which made it uncomfortable to sleep.

Personel, especially at desk front incopetent, for my question about my payments didn't answer me correct wht and why. I advise to avoid this hotel because of unexpected financial problems. If you want to avoid incompetent unprofessional personel at a desk = avoid this hotel, if You want to have financial problems, to pay even if you are not a qeust of this hotel - I recomend You this so problem hotel

The location was amazing since it is just few min to get to Universal studio. The hotel is located on international drive, therefore, it is surrounded by restaurants and shops. The hotel needs to be Refurnished

I liked the location as it was on the iride transportation and there is a lot of restaurants around the hotel. The pool is nice and they have free internet access in the lobby. The breakfast was quite expensive, one of the reception staff in particular was quite rude.
