Nothing I was under the impression that there was refridgerators in every room, this is not true i was put on a waiting list for one. I was going to stay 3 nights check out after the first night. |

Room amenities not as described in write up. Broken light and hair in tub. Very visible dust and grime in all areas of room. Poor mattress quality. None of the several pop machines had any type of drinks in them. Only one staff at front desk= long lineups. |

the rooms were kept very clean as was the reception area. the staff were very nice one of the reasons we booked the hotel was they had a gym however for our entire 7 night stay the treadmill or the exercise bike did not work..there were only 2 other options left to use and many people wanting to use them. |

shuttle to disney / universal, pool , nice and helpful staff at the entrance and reception the meals in the restaurant and the staff in the restaurant were a complete joke and weren t comparable in any way to the high quality of the rest of the hotel ; the air cooling system was pretty loud and annoying during the nights |

The compensation of free breakfast and change of room This is not the usual Sheraton quality. We had to moved to another room due to bad smell in the room, not only that, the description of the room and bed was not what it was. Stay was okay. Not too impressed. |

the security of knowing anyone could not just come in, get on the elevators and wander throughout the hotel. i loved the staff stopping to ask if you need anything or if they could assist in any way. |

The hotel was conveniently located. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. Our request for a change of room was kindly and swiftly accomodated, with the bellboy turning up at our doorstep within minutes to deliver the keycard to our new room. The Sheraton would definitely be our preferred hotel if we were to visit Orlando again. |
