Four Points by Sheraton Studio City  

Very good location on International Drive where you can access I-ride trolley bus, or Lynx bus, so you can move around if you dont have a car. Location is very close to Convention center and some attractions like Universal studios resort and Sea World. You can walk down international drive where you can find a variety of shops, food marts and food outlets... Red Lobster is just across the street. The are is very safe. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. It was a little bit expensive, but all in all it was worth it and I do recommend it if you are coming for business or vacation.

Despite I paid a relatively high rate, yet breakfast was not included. However, you can eat at many diners around for a reasonable price. There is no one to help you with the luggage at all times.. So you may do that by yourself. Make sure when you order a taxi from the reception desk to ask for a taxi with a meter.. Otherwise you may be surprised to get one with no meter and he may overcharge you on no previous information or specific fare!...

Staff were very helpful.

Rooms were tired but the main problem was the noise from other rooms, the walls are very thin and could hear everything from the rooms on either side.

Everything in this hotel was perfect. Friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms, very tasty food.

beautiful architecture (tower), very large rooms with a perfect view of the area (we could see universal studios from our window), excellent breakfast!

Breakfast buffet is a bit poor

The room was small, had a terrible odor, the bathroom was unbearable with small black hairs covering the tub, floor and sink. The staff were unpleasant and unwilling to help. The lobby is not a lobby. The atmosphere was very unwelcoming. No complimentary breakfast!!

Gave an upgrade to a better room because they were sold out of what we booked

The main purpose of our stay was to visit Universal Studios. Four Points was listed as a partner hotel. We chose this hotel based on price and location. Although we didn't get a king size bed as requested, our stay at the Sheraton was very nice. Lots of good restaurants nearby, Universal Studios was within walking distance, the hotel was also a stop for a courtesy shuttle to Universal. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It was a good experience. Likely to come back.

Only a minor negative - my husband and I traveled with our adult daughter, had 2 separate rooms. We requested a king size bed, but got a room with 2 queens. The mattresses were a bit "springy" for the two of us - which made it uncomfortable to sleep.
