Score from 83 reviews Very good
Dog friendly and it is a great location to walk to shops and restaurants on the Plaza,
Something was wrong with the heating system....the first night it vacillated between ice cold and super hot. The second night was super hot all the time.
Excellent location with walking distance to all of Country Club Plaza
The rooms were just old and worn, bed was uncomfortable for two people.
Loved the location, shops close by.
Got a suite for less than cost of regular room elsewhere. Great location.
Our room faced away from the Christmas Mass on the Plaza but room cost so little that it didn't matter
Great location and the rooms are nice.
We were in a room that was supposed to have a queen bed. The bed was a double and the staff kept trying to tell me it was a queen.
We loved the location. We loved the staff! We loved the stairs that led from the circular drive down to the Plaza. We loved the size of the room! We really enjoyed the coffee:) We loved the french doors separating the king room from the living area:)
The only thing that we did not like was that there was only one poorly fitting sheet on the mattress. No mattress pad or any pad under the sheet and the sheet did not fit properly so it kept pulling off the mattress. I know hotels (for whatever reason) do not use fitted bottom sheets, but they seem to be able to situate them so they stay on the mattress. Not so much with this hotel. Other than that - it was great!
Central air system was not functioning correctly
37.00 for a breakfast buffet is a little steep.
Friendly staff, great Bartender. Good food.
The bed was horrible, woke up each morning with a backache. The ice maching didn't work.
Everyone was nice, however because 2 of the nights I could not park in the parking garage, I will not be staying at this facility again. There is ample parking for guests those just drinking should not be allowed to park in the garage. R his really upset us
Pet-friendly, great location and friendly staff. Good laundry facilities.
Parking with direct access to the building is not accessible to vans and larger vehicles.
Paying for breakfast. There should be complimentary breakfast.
The facility was very nice and clean
We booked 2 rooms and 1 was taken so we had to split floors an couldn't just put everybody into one because of booking .com had taken the deposit so we were basically forced to keep both room and split the family up on different floors.
Friendliness of staff. Great location and pool was relaxing!
Nice looking room with good pool
Way too much money for what we got. Uncomfortable pull out bed, bathroom was not completely clean, floor and tub trim cleaned
Location in relation to the Country Club Plaza was excellent.
Room was laid out poorly.
I enjoyed a separate sitting room away from the bedroom.
Wish they had complimentary breakfast, Also, needed to knock down cob webs in bedroom corner.
The service was amazing and the club access for the executive sweet was totally awesome!
I got way too drunk on the complementary bottle of champagne that the awesome staff gave us, but we had to have something with the strawberries......... yeah, cool.
Room is spacious。
Air conditioning is too old.Loud voice!
They delivered breakfast in bed which was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Had and indoor outdoor pool along with a hot tub.
The rooms were small. Had to pay 15 dollars for parking in a very very small parking garage. In our room the bathtub was like falling off the wall. If you stood in it it felt like it was going to break and fall through the floor.
That it was near the Country Club and walking distance from restaurants.
I found this hotel to be older, the room could have been a little cleaner, there was debris on the floor and the furnishings were just all scuffed up and aged. The bed linens smelled like they had been left to sit wet for too long and had a mildew smell that lingered all night. It would have been nice if they provided ceramic mugs for the coffee in the morning as a choice over the paper cups. Overall I feel it was just a bit rundown, aged and a little dirty, but that could have been because of the age everything seemed a little dirty. Would not stay here again.
Location. Free wifi
The room was clean and comfortable. There was no bar soap in the shower but when I asked the next day the housekeeper was very accommodating. It was very handy to the Plaza and we didn't really need our car while we were there.
They had no shuttle to take you anywhere. We took a cab to the St Patty's day race because we were worried about parking. I thought the room was fairly reasonable until I was charged 15 dollars a day for parking. I always think parking should be included in the room price....to get to the hotel you have to have a car. If I stayed there again I would use the free lot across the street that my daughter-in-law told me about. The refrigerator did not work and you had to hold the handle down to flush the toilet but other than that the room was nice enough. I thought the restaurant was a little pricy for breakfast. 9 dollars for a biscuit with a little gravy on top is a bit over the top for a 3 star hotel.
I love that your hotel is pet-friendly and that it is only 1 block from my son's apartment. The staff is conscientious and friendly.
I don't like having to pay $15 per night for parking. Is that because I did not book through Sheraton?
nice location friendly staff
