Ate at restaurant, undergoing renovation. Very slow service, confusion layout since in a ballroom. We weren't even sure we were in the right place.
The room was remodeled.
Poor customer service. Only had one person working at the front desk with a line full of people trying to check in. Never changed sheets!!! The room had a musty smell to it. They have a little refrigerator in the room with no temperature guide you can only plug it in or unplug it and it froze all of our drinks. You can hear the person in the room next to you doing their business in the bathroom. (disgusting) The water pipes you can hear all night long. I could go on and on but I don't have the time. They need to change their management.
The rooms were a nice size. Comfortable beds. Good room service.
Breakfast was really expensive: $14.50 for a continental breakfast. Coffee was served Luke warm, but fixed. Watched a news report while in the hotel showing staff improperly cleaning drinking glasses with toxic cleaner and gloves from cleaning toilets.
Close to shopping mall and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.
Party next door kept us up late . They didn't seem tp be able to quiet them
The staff was friendly and the hotel was safe. You needed a room key to access the guest floors so I know I was safe.
Breakfast was like $20 and wifi wasn't free. I guess me working at a la Quinta made me feel that breakfast and wifi should always be free.
I loved how they allowed us to check out late. Staff was very nice. Location was great, right off highway, near food& nextdoor to Cumberland Mall. Would definitely stay there again but maybe on the few top floors where the celebs supposedly stay at.
Romm was neat and spacious.
No free wifi inside the room. Hotel bills was mistakenly charged.
The hotel overall stay was great
The water pressure from the shower head was awful and too hard. I could not adjust it to decrease pressure
The room was cozy and clean the bed was very comfortable and cozy
They double charged my card for my room and for parking when I paid cash. But it was fxd but basically only thing ddnt like you had to pay to park your vehicle
Staff was amazing and very helpful!
The parking fees! There is no place to park for free.
The manager was absolutely great she dealt with a situation with no problem she was professional and knowledgeable we appreciate her and because of Ranell we will stay again
Front desk clerk Juarita was very unprofessional
I like everything about this location.
The parking fee is to much. There shouldn't be a charge.
Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly.
Love ❤ this location everything is right there. Mall good restaurants. Too much to list.
Excellent hotel for the money. Very spacious rooms. Separate sitting area with TV & can be closed off from bedroom. Very clean. Mini frig in rooms. Next door to the Mall
You have to walk outside the hotel to access the garage. 20 mins away from downtown Atlanta. I could hear to door slamming every time someone when in & out of their room.
Everything was fantastic
The staff was rude about me not being able to check in. They would not even try to acclimate me . I had traveled along way and I was not able to check in! I am 20 years old the staff said it was against the law for me to stay if there was alcohol in the room it could have been removed!!!!
Had a problem with the room and they insisted we take another one. They were fabulous.
Room nice size
Parking and staff poor.
The location is perfect
The charge of parking is too expensive
Staff made accommodations when they didn't receive our booking info prior to arrival. Comped us parking fees for inconvenience. Staff were all great.
Room key didn't always work and elevators also required key, so had to go back to desk. Were in handicap room which was fine except there was the equivalent of a doorbell on wall outside of room that turned on a red light above TV in bedroom. No way to disable nor turn off. All three nights it came on in middle of the night and stayed on for 10 minutes at least.
The make over at this hotel it awesome. I loved it.
Paying $8.00 for parking. The rates at this hotel should allow you to park for free. This might be a reason for me not to go back.
My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! I can't wait to visit again!
The large room with the sitting area was perfect for our trip. Lots of room in the restroom and shower. Close to the shopping resturants and the Cobb Center. Nice people working in at the desk and around the hotel. The shuttle driver was nice too.
There was no place to get a fresh cup of coffee without paying over two dollars for a very small cup. Buffet breakfast cost was 17 dollars so not many people were there and thus the food was cold and very dry.
