Love ❤ this location everything is right there. Mall good restaurants. Too much to list.
Excellent hotel for the money. Very spacious rooms. Separate sitting area with TV & can be closed off from bedroom. Very clean. Mini frig in rooms. Next door to the Mall
You have to walk outside the hotel to access the garage. 20 mins away from downtown Atlanta. I could hear to door slamming every time someone when in & out of their room.
Everything was fantastic
The staff was rude about me not being able to check in. They would not even try to acclimate me . I had traveled along way and I was not able to check in! I am 20 years old the staff said it was against the law for me to stay if there was alcohol in the room it could have been removed!!!!
Had a problem with the room and they insisted we take another one. They were fabulous.
Room nice size
Parking and staff poor.
The location is perfect
The charge of parking is too expensive
Staff made accommodations when they didn't receive our booking info prior to arrival. Comped us parking fees for inconvenience. Staff were all great.
Room key didn't always work and elevators also required key, so had to go back to desk. Were in handicap room which was fine except there was the equivalent of a doorbell on wall outside of room that turned on a red light above TV in bedroom. No way to disable nor turn off. All three nights it came on in middle of the night and stayed on for 10 minutes at least.
The make over at this hotel it awesome. I loved it.
Paying $8.00 for parking. The rates at this hotel should allow you to park for free. This might be a reason for me not to go back.
My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! I can't wait to visit again!
The large room with the sitting area was perfect for our trip. Lots of room in the restroom and shower. Close to the shopping resturants and the Cobb Center. Nice people working in at the desk and around the hotel. The shuttle driver was nice too.
There was no place to get a fresh cup of coffee without paying over two dollars for a very small cup. Buffet breakfast cost was 17 dollars so not many people were there and thus the food was cold and very dry.
Bacon for breakfast is over dry.
The best thing that I liked about the hotel was the customer service.
I would've preferred to have a continental breakfast with the price and a $50 fee for airport shuffle was too high considering the airport was only 20 minutes away.
The room size. Clean liness.the color of the beddings.the outlook of the room. My kids did not want to leave it was that comfortable.
The fact I as a guest had to pay to park my car that I absolutely did not like if I happen to go back there I would live to stay there again without the paid parking.
The rooms are very nice and the staff is extremely accommodating.
I did not like that there was not a gift shop/store for things that you might want to get for your room. We checked in late and wanted some snacks and there was no where to get them on the property, but the staff saw our problem and helped get us some from a nearby store.
The staff was super friendly and helpful!
We were led to believe the location of the hotel was in close proximity to the event we were attending. It was not and that was important to us!
Location, room setup
Never able to delete message off my phone - still a mystery to me even after calling for assistance. The breakfast buffet could have one different dish each day eg grilled tomatoe one day, something else another day. When you stay 4 days the choice gets a little boring.
The closeness of the facility to my destination and to dining options.
Paying extra for parking
The front office staff was superb! The quality service offered by Ms. Jarita Davis front desk agent and our shuttle service driver Gilberto, were far above par! Coming from a service oriented country (The Bahamas) and as a professional in the Hospitality field, I found their service delivery and attention to details and guest comfort a truly refreshing experience!
I would hope in the future that snack vending machines would be available on individual floors!
Everything was great !
We loved everything! The beds were comfortable, the shower was amazing. There was a full stream of water, not the typical trickle often found in hotels. The hotel was conveniently located for easy access to shopping and dining from two different entrances.
My family and I enjoyed the stay at the Sheraton we liked everything about the hotel!
The staff was very friendly. The rooms very clean. My family really enjoyed our stay. We will stay again.
They charge for parking, the pool closed to early. Need more towels in room.
Excellent staff always helpful and with a smile - exceptional customer service. This property was very clean and I would definitely recommend to others and would stay again!
Inside pool area too cold.
Good location, beds were very comfy.
Arriving is chaotic, no one to control traffic at the drive way. 2 bedroom suite is misleading, it should be labeled 1 bedroom suite with extra queen bed. I felt I was mislead by the description online.also, a family reunion was at the hotel making it very crowded and there is no stair case to use to access the room so the wait for the elevator was 20 minutes long at some points and that's when they decide to repaint one if the elevators - putting it out of service. Someone didn't think the repair through. Also, tv didn't work on arrival and neither did the bedroom lock. Minor things but it gave an overall sense of not getting my money's worth.
