Bathroom tub and shower could use an overhaul
Room temperature could not be set below 74 degrees. Thank goodness I travel with a personal fan.
The room setup. Bed separated from TV area.
I left a piece of jewelry and called the day we left and was told it was not found . I know it was left behind. It was not expensive but sentimental and I am disappointed that it was not recovered. I felt the housekeeping staff was more concerned about defending the staff versus trying to find the jewelry. Will never stay at the Sheraton again .
Extra cost not expected like $20 parking. Also water smells like fish.
The bed was very comfortable.
frontdesk is kind breakfirst is good
The suite style of room
Housekeeping didn't pick up the dinner tray.
The pillows and comforter on the bed.
They seem to tell EVERYONE, "you had both valet and self park, correct"? Everyone had to tell them no. Hmmm....
For the people that paid for free complimentary food could of stayed open longer for those that get in the room until late. Also the rooms need a microwave for those prices.
IM IN HOUSTIN FOR VALENTINES DAY WEEKEND. IT WAS SUPPSED TO BE REALY SPECIAL, THEN WE ORDER BREAKFAST IN BED WITH MORE THEN 12h IN ADVANCE! THEY DIDNT DELIVER! THE TELEPHONE OF THE ROOM DIDNT WORK, WE HAD TO CALL BY OUR MOBILE! SO MUCH BAD WEEKEND, NEVER COME BACK.
I got trapped in the elevator for 20 minutes.Hotel changed elevator system, and I was not informed on procedures to use room key to open elevator doors, and to navigate up and down hotel floors. Elevator doors closed automatically when I entered, and started moving up and down on its own. Did this for about 20 minutes stopping in between hotel floors. I thought that I had entered an employee service elevator, and needed an I.D.Badge to activate.By the grace of God the elevator finally rushed me down from the 15th floor to the lobby non-stop!!! I was terrified!!! Did not know what was going to happen!! Looked for an alarm/phone, and could not find anything!!! I was sooo scared I probably overlooked it!!! After getting off the elevator, the air condition, and television did not work in the room. The toilet also leaked. They sent someone up to fix the problems, and offered to take $25.00 off my bill. Spoke with the manager who reluctantly decided not to bill me for my stay after all the problems I had encounter. Parking was too expensive!!! Was not aware of parking prices until I had booked the room. Telephone hotel staff needs training on telephone etiquette. They would sometimes answer the phone like they were at home, without identifying the hotel.
The suite was decorated nicely, and there were very spacious. Location was also good.
I loved every bit of the stay...
The cost of parking was too high, one of my two rooms was too warm the staff offered to move us but it was 2a.m. No microwave in the room but overall a good stay.
The room was clean and the seemed ready to help
Stayed here while setting up new home. Left some important paperwork on desk when checking out. Went back to hotel later in afternoon to check if room had been cleaned yet and it had but staff had realized the importance of the papers and had put them aside for me. They saved us an awful lot of trouble and certainly went above and beyond.
Paying for parking and slow service over christmas
The confusing way of getting there from the galleria, n the difficulty of leaving the hotel to go any where. There needs to be a alternative access route as well.
The space in the room. There is so much room for just one person. I wished there was more people to share that space with at that time.
Room, facilities and price
After we received room service we had a soiled tray sit outside for more than 24 hours without being picked up
David was very hospitable and friendly. His customer service was outstanding and couldn't be beat. We will recommend the Sheraton to all of our friends and family because they were so outstanding...
Parking is extra $$$ Rooms need more dound insullatio. We could hear everything from next room
Great location and services
Although I spent my birthday( 11 Dec) in this hotel , no surprised has been arranged for me, which is very disappointing:)
I think the best hotel near Galeria if you stay in Houston. Wonderful rooms which all suits, clean, spacious. Staff is also good. Highly recommended.
Staff was very professional and helpful.
Facilities very poor
