Kids loved the pool and parents loved the shuttle service and staff. would love to come back again.

Location and frtee shuttle to the city center

Too cold in our hallway on the 3rd floor.

Excellent property; we were totally satisfied with all facilities and services

Only negative feature was the long wait for check-in; officially it was 4 pm but we did not get our room until 5...not a serious charge...

I liked the beach access and the opportunities to schedule water sports across the street. I like the shuttle.

Pool too small. GET RID of the smoking area. Noisy and if you open your windows you get smoke in your room.

It's on the quiet side of the island, the location across from the beach is so convenient, the boardwalk/sidewalk is perfect for all kinds of exercise.

We loved the location and the fact that the hotel offered free shuttle service. We liked our room, the pool and the restaurant. The staff were super friendly, and one staff member stood head and shoulders above the rest. His name is Johnothan. I do not know his last name but he worked at the front desk. He was Ritz Carlton quality! For a young man, he was experienced in cusatomer service beyond his years!

The only negative was our request for a taxi. The hotel staff called and made our taxi request but the taxi never showed. We had a wedding to attend and time was critical. In the end the shuttle driver took straight to our destination! This situation was not the Sheraton's fault but the taxi service!

Shuttle to the harbor area was nice for dining. Directly across from the beach.

Shuttle did not stop near Duval Street.

Proximity to beach. Room was excellant. Staff were wonderful!!

Restaurant food was too expensive and poor quality. Both dinner at poolside and room service breakfast under par. Staff are great but kitchen needs total rehab!!

Elegant at an affordable price with a great convenient location. Shuttle to and from downtown made it stress-free.

paid 400.00 a night for a view of back parking lot.went back to frontdesk did upgrade to oceanview for another 40.00 a night.didnot notice any security around.

The bed was luxurious and comfortable, shower was superb! Pool and tiki bar great.

I liked the size. Not too small not too big, but with all the amenities one would expect from Sheraton. I liked the pool area. I was pleased with the proximity to the beach. I enjoyed being distanced from the craziness of old town Key West, but knowing I could get there and back with your shuttle service.

Vilma your poolside waittress was very friendly and professional.

Tried to nap late afternoon, but your room cleaning staff was extremely loud. Between yelling down the hallway to each other and the volume on their radios it was impossible to sleep.

We were there during spring break and it was still very quiet around the pool and at night

It was wonderful to have the shuttle back and forth to duvall st. They could increase the times, they had alot of people coming and going.

Ahead of time I had inquired with Don Michaud about upgrading my room to see if they had a ocean view. When they called him he knew nothing about our conversation. Not good The room we were given was overlooking the garbage area of 30 old couches and was HORRIFFIC..........After several conversations they finally gave us a ocean view and charged us 40.00 more per night and did not give us the sunsational savings that we should have received because we were there on the 15th. Did not appreciate how the entire interaction took place.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel had bicycles to rent right in the lobby. THere was a free shuttle to the downtown area. The hotel was right accross from the beach with options to rent various water toys. The suite was big, clean, and quiet.

The shuttle drivers wore these drab brown shirts. It would be nice if they were more colorful being they are in such a beautiful place.

Lack of cleaning in hallways, windows filthy, elevator doors dirty, terrible service at breakfast(no organizational skills were displayed by staff for seating), understaffed.

Location was wonderful. Shuttle to downtown was on time and very helpful. Appreciated the conversation areas. Beach access was convenient. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Added one day to our two day reservation and that required internet for booking, could not do it at the desk. After booking another night I confirmed with the desk that we could stay in the same rooms - not a problem. However they did not tell the housekeeping staff or the computer and we were denied access to our rooms when we returned from town. Seems like it should have been a simple procedure at the desk to add one night to an existing reservation.

The carpet in our room was stained and very dirty. We notified the front desk and they said they would send someone to clean it. No one ever came. We left a tip for the maid each day yet by the third day you could write your name in the dust on the night stand.

It was just at the beach:)

The breakfast was not included in the price and was a bit 'weak'.
