Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable.

Just across the beach..... The elevator was shaky, lot of guests who reached around 2:15 had to wait till 3 pm to get their room, the room service did not put fresh set of shampoos, conditioners and lotions |

Nice pool, and big rooms. The hotel is really beautifull from the outside The rooms and the facillities should be improved...It s kind old. Smokers stay away, you can t smoke even at open air inside the hotel. The Beach is in front of the Hotel (Smathers Beach) but it is not the best beach in town. If you don t have car it is a bit far from Duval Street. Not for young people wanting to have fun |

The room was spacious, comfortable beds, free guest parking The room especially the bathroom looked shabby, we had to ask the housekeeping to change the sheets as they looked as if they were not changed after the previous guests. On the weekend the pool was overcrowded and not super clean |

This hotel is located directly across the street from Smathers Beach. The suites are roomy and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel staff was very accomodating and friendly. We did not use the restaurant or pool. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when in Key West. |

renovations that should have been completed by the end of June were still underway when we stayed - nice 0715 and 0800 wake up calls from contractors using power tools next door to us. Lifts were not working |

Good location by the beach - great service by the regular shuttle bus service into heart of Key West, which meant that we did not have to find parking or drink and drive. Hotel facilites appeared good and kids loved the pool. While rooms were clean etc the carpets were a bit grubby both inside room and exterior walkways . Not sure why they dont just do away with them and put tiles/wood covering on the floor |

The hotel has a relaxing and good atmosphere. The hotel is situated in a beautiful setting and it's close to the Sea. The swimming pool ground is quite huge and comfortable. The distance between the hotel and the Down town (Main Street) is quite long. Longer than we thought. The hotel has own shuttle, but the timetable is a prickly issue, when you are on a vacation ... |

Acabei de voltar deste hotel e encontramos a melhor tarifa aqui e por sinal foi otimo o custo e beneficil, o apto. eh completo com muito conforto e espaco. Internet e estacionamento gratis. Alugamos uma bicicleta por 15 dolares o dia e valeu muito a pena, o lugar eh plano e da pra andar de bike por todo o lado. Somente nao tem servico de praia mas isso nao atrapalhou a nossa estadia, valeu a pena mesmo!!! |
