The hotel is nice. My charge on my credit card was $30 higher than the final statement I received. I tried to follow their process and my email was returned. I will be calling them to straighten this out.

I liked their GO Green program. Bed was very comfortable. Good location for shopping on Old Town, very friendly staff. The Go Green also meant no housekeeping services on that day and was unable to use the coupons. Should have adults only floors so there would be no kids running the halls.

Good location in Alexandria. The shuttle to Ragean Airport was inconsistent at best. The hotel should strive to run it continously especially during rush hours and high occupancy days.

Free shuttle service to airport every 30 minutes Only one elevator was working over the 5 days I stayed there so very long waits. The room was noisy in the mornings with hotel cleaning staff yelling loudly. No hot water for shower after 8 am -- was luke warm

The rooms were very comfortable. I liked the fact that the sliding door opened for fresh air. The rooms and hallways were quiet even with weddings at the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The service at restaurant was slow even when not busy. The gift shop did not offer enough choices. Complimentary newspapers would have been nice.
