Best view of the city from bed Awesome location Lovely restaurant downstairs
Great view, nice rooms
queue at the reception at check in
The room size plus comfort and traveling distance from Manhattan specially by ferry.
The shower's water pressure could have been better and breakfast was not included.
The quiet time with my husband.
We didn't get complimentary breakfast.
Nice and comfortable room with view on Mannhattan, affordable parking, easy access to Mannhattan with Ferry and late by Hotel shuttle from Port imperial.
The "Riva Point" building, which take away large part of the original view to the Mannhattan skyline. The hotel facilities that may partly need some renovation.
Water front view
Location beside constructing
The views were the best! It certainly a lovely walk along the Hudson and to Hoboken. The bus and ferry ride couldn't be more convenient!
If I were to travel to the east coast again, I would DEFINITELY stay at the Lincoln Harbor Hotel. After 45 days on the road I can tell you that yours shines at the top. Beds, super clean room, quiet, and the NYC SKYLINE! Folks, nowhere else to go but here. Period.
Having to leave. Michael, the desk "Is there anything else I can get for you?"; and he sincerely meant it and spent a half an hour getting us the best seats for 'Wicked,' clerk. Having to say goodbye to those good people, that we didn't like, either.
Convenient, clean, friendly, nice style
Bed pillows too soft
The price of the buffet(breakfast) wasn't a great selection of food for the price. We have young children , and the price for them of 15.99 was crazy too! There should have been a menu for people who wanted to eat just a small choice if things. Food selection and price needs to be looked at, other then that a great experience.
Super comfortable room and bed. Very clean.
Watch out for the extra charges! Wifi, bottle water in room, parking... None of it cheap.
Easy access to Manhattan by bus or boat. Nice to escape from the 'madness' of the city. Fantastic view.
Veiw for room was great.house keeping staff was on point with the cleaning of room ,front desk staff very helpful and well spoken
GREAT VIEW and LOCATION GOOD RESTAURANT ON PREMESIS SERVES BREAKFAST LUNCH AND DINNER
ROOMS NEED TO HAVE A REFRIGERATOR AND MICROWAVE
View of NYC skyline was amazing. Staff professional, friendly, and very helpful.
Ice machines broken on 2 floors. Carpet in hallways worn but clean.
Great location with Manhattan ferry so close. Great views (even from the rooms with 'partial views'). The ferry line offers free bus transportation to various places on Manhattan, even Ground Zero. Children travel for free. This makes it good value for money, and the views from the ferry are spectaculous. Great concierge service. We felt very welcomed and received many good ideas on how to spend our time on Manhattan with kids (e.g. renting bikes in Central Park). Very convenient location if you're on a road trip and The Big Apple is one of the stops. Good food court across from the hotel. Bagels, smoothies etc., we never tried the food at the hotel.
There was a construction site behind the hotel. Very noisy. Make sure not to get a room that faces this site, although windows are quite sound proof.
Gentleman who checked us in was extremely helpful and made arrangements for things we wanted to do.
that i couldn't cancel my reservations for free before 72 hours and there's no refrigerators in the rooms
With the NY Waterways ferry right out the back door, it couldn't be easier to get to the city. Then on the Manhattan side, there are free buses around midtown. We ate at the hotel restaurant and the food was very good (the service a little slow, but we were in no hurry and enjoyed the view). There was so much more room (suite style) in the room and the parking was much cheaper than what we could have gotten in Manhattan.
Location and the Suite.
No refrigerator! No WiFi in the room free of charge. We've been travelling through the States for 25 days, staying overnight in about 13 hotels or more: every hotel had both: a refrigerator and WiFi in the room at no charge.
Just didn't think the facilities were worth over $200. The room was very, very mediocre.
The bed was soft
No Microwaves or small fridge in the room... The under sheets were filthy and I got a few bites but I don't know it was a mosquito or something else...
Parking for a fee of $ 25
