Clean...Friendly...Had a King Suite..was spacious...close to restaurants...shopping.I'd definitely stay here again.

The staff were courteous. I was rather impress of the set up of the room the comfort and the cleanliness. Overall, I will be visiting again. Four stars.

The rooms were spacious and had the potential to be wonderful.

Dirty, dirty, dirty!!!! Room Walls and doors were filthy. Maintenance was poor, peeling paint and patched holes not painted, I needed Lysol wipes in rooms. Hallway walls and carpet were dirty and needed a good cleaning. It was the barometer for what the room looked like. It was nearly midnight so too late to go elsewhwhere. I reserved two rooms, one for my teens. We were put on different floors. Since I reserved the rooms early and requested adjacent rooms, they should have been held. The clerk did not really try to find a good solution. It was more of take it or leave it. I was dissapointed with the condition, I expect better from Sheraton.

Everything was very clean. Everything else was great.

We would have liked some tableware, maybe a spoon for the coffee (we brought our own coffee)and a knife for some fruit. A bigger space for fitness would be great.

A good clean housekeeping, the room was not cleaned properly even sometimes I had to decline the housekeeping service and I never got credit for that even knowing the hotel have that police (money credit or star points) and when comes to charges they got all confused over charging me on the room rate and breakfast and that was included at my rate when I did the booking but after I showing the confirmation email showing that like I said the people at front desk helped me on that and is something I do appreciate but I didn't have to had all that trouble because they should have the information right? And my question is what about if I had deleted that email?

My booking was something else & I had to compromised with the booking. Complementary food is not good when it is not good even to have it. Breakfast was also nothing great

The room was excellent! We ordered roomservice, the food was very good.

The staff took forever to verify our booking. Our booking through booking.com was apparently without a surname (not true). Still the lady at the frontdesk kept blaming us instead of preparing a room, eventhough there were enough rooms available.

It took 30 minutes to check us in. We did not get what I requested e.g. 2 double beds and a crib. They only had king size bed and no crib! We had to sleep with one child in king size bed. Other couple slept on pull out sofa. Crib was delivered one hour later after many phone calls. Had 3 Bath towles in room for 6 people! The Restaurant staff was soooo inefficient that it became a joke. We had invited friends to join us for dinner. It was such an embarrassment! Never again would we stay or recommend this Hotel. The Hotel charged the full room rate at booking which I also did not appreciate.

Great location close to shopping mall and restuarants like Boston Market. Rooms are very clean and well maintain. I love the fact that everything that you need is in the room microwave, coffee maker,refrigerator, iron etc.

The Spa Tub

I reserved the room for 3 adults. There were only 2 bath towels in the room. I had to wait while 2 employees helped someone with their Cell Phone, didn't think that should have taken BOTH employees to help the other customer. They charge for Internet Access, that is ridiculous in today's world. Once we checked out, they added another $50.00 charge to my Debit Card for 'IN CASE we had any incidental charges' and it takes 5 days to refund it. The only incidental charges would have been for the $2.00 bottle of water that my son drank. I will never go back to this Hotel

The gym. rooftop pool and spa were excellent.

Having to pay for the internet on a daily basis, it's about time that hotels started to include this in the price...

The suite was ideal and very comfortable. < a home away from home. Really liked the kitchen area.

Vous dites cette suite et situee au dernier etage c edt faux nous etions au 6 sur 9 et avions la vue sur l immeuble d en face et son toit l environnement au milieu d un centre commercial desafecté Pour les outlets si pn a une voiture rester en bord de plage Voiture obligatoire
