Nothing Maid walked in without knocking.. Resturant took an hour for cold food... Ants in the bathroom... Charged for a comped room! Not a fun stay.

Refrig was broken and they came and fixed the problem. Clean towels were brought when we needed them. Always clean and comfortable. Staff courtesy is great. Shuttle was great! Only complaint was parking. Horrible! My grown children that stayed in room next door would take the shuttle because they were afraid to lose their parking place which was all the way in the back. But we each had to keep driving around forever to find parking. We already had been driving 8 hrs and it was late check in and we were so tired. So the last thing we wanted was to keep driving around and fight for parking places.

I liked the complimentary shuttle to the airport, bowl game and shopping. I also liked the coffee provided and mini fridge. Breakfast was not complimentary and the pool was inside.

Unsere Suite ist wirklich sehr angenehm von der Grösse gewesen. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Autobahn, Teppich nicht mehr wirklich sauber, wurde am Anreisetag in unserem Zimmer gar nicht gesaugt und war sehr schmutzig.

Beautiful room I brought my own pillow and when they made the bed they just threw it on the floor. They could have placed it in the chair. The bathtub could have had better drainage.
