Hotel was clean, beds amazingly comfortable, located near train station for great access to Manhattan. Close to Sleepy Hollow cemetery and great restaurants. Bar and lounge were welcoming. Great wines! Was a bit noisy - could hear television in other rooms and service staff in am.

My husband and I stayed at the Tarrytown Sheraton for 6 nights over Christmas. We both commented to each other during the stay how pleasant and friendly the staff, right down to housekeeping, was. We visited family and friends in Tarrytown, Ossining, Yorktown Heights, and Briarcliff, and the hotel was convenient to all those towns. The train station to Grand Center is 10 minutes away, so it's convenient for a trip into NYC.

Great location to see all the Sleepy Hollow Halloween attractions. Easy on/off from the highway. Appreciated the proximity of the Stop and Shop (and the liquor store!). Comfortable bed and nice linens. Enjoyed the coffee/tea service.Very quiet. Very limited vegetarian selection in the restaurant (one item!) Also, never seemed to be in the right place when the cookies arrived! Would have appreciated non-paper cups for coffee and tea in the room. Was not notified in advance that the entire 3-night stay would be charged to my credit card before we even stayed there! Not a good policy.

It was just Ok. It certainly does not live up to the Sheraton Name. Was put on the top floor and the whole weekend only one elevator work. The hallway rugs were dirty. Left over dishes were left on the floor of the hallway and were there all night. With only one elevator working we had to take the stairs often. It is a good thing for a 63 yr old I am in good shape. The clock in the room was for an ipod and there were no instructions on how to change the time. The room was clean. When you pay $200 a night for a place you want more and expect more.

We were hjelped to get early check-in. Staff was especially helpful and courteous, The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfasts were good. A bit too pricey. We were on the Club floor - why? Maybe this accounts for price. two lamps did not work. I could not control the thermostat. The pool, unlike the nearby DoubleTree Hilton, was only for swimming, not for lounging about in the water, and the pool was quite small. As my wilfe put it, the entire place had a masculine look, though not unattractive. Location bad for walkers who want to walk nearby at times.

It was very clean and the staff were appropriately dress for business. The hotel was fine but they didn't have our reservation and eventually after 3 people tried to look it up they booked us a new room. It took forever even after I showed them the reservTion on my iPad!

Great bar; great staff. It seems that the more you pay for a room, the more extra things you pay for. Think that if you pay $200 + /per night, you should not have to pay extra for internet or breakfast. I can pay much less at a Holiday Inn Express and still get these items free.

Chambre spacieuse et impécable. Personnel serviable. La réservation avait été confirmée par booking.com pour 2 chambres mais l’hôtel ne l'avait que pour une chambre. Le N° de réservation n'avait pas de correspondance dans l'ordinateur à l'hôtel. Pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre. Le Wifi payant : impensable dans un hôtel de ce standing en 2012. Le petit déjeuner : bon mais formules trop copieuses, service trop long.

Location convenient for us, a little difficult to find. Grocery shopping right across parking lot. Would have liked refrigerator instead of useless rolling work surface....or whatever that thing was. Took up just as much space as a fridge.

the kindness and curiosity of the staff one of the elevators had been repaired however a sign was placed on it that only four people at a time could ride the elevator so that was scarey as far as we were concerned no one should be riding it then to scarey for us. The other elevator worked fine.

The location to local roads and amenities. The cleanliness. The comfortable beds and linen. Tea/coffee/water are not complimentary. Toilet seat was broken - We asked concierge to fix it, but it made no difference. We were getting thrown off the loo if we moved our butts on the seat! Funny, but dangerous for me, since I have a bad back.

Das Sheraton Tarrytown liegt sehr gut auf dem Weg nach NYC und bietet guten Komfort zu einem guten Preis an. Leider ist das Frühstück nicht inbegriffen.
