Tired-looking, small room. "Free" wireless internet connection in lobby didn't work. The few computers for guests in the lobby were busy, and extremely slow. Breakfast and internet in room should have been included given the substantial price.

Most luxurious bed I have slept in. Fantastic pillows well equipped luxurious bathroom. Free wifi in the foyer. Asked for a quiet room as very light sleeper but got one next to the elevator This meant I could hear the rumblings of the elevator all night as well as the ding when the door opened. Disappointed my request wasn't considered as we paid for an upgraded room.

Superior customer service!!!! Loved everything about it. Fabulous location. Liz at the front desk and Eddy the Doorman incredible!!! No free Wi-Fi in the room

Wi-Fi in the room costs $10, lounge is poor with, no free wi-fi in lounge, breakfast is extremely poor and costs (with tip) $20, need to upgrade the manu and quality. Dirty windows. Clean and fresh hotel with great location in down town. Close to shops in soho and just a few meters walk to subwaystation Canal Street Small rooms, the car that the hotel use as a shuttle to the airport needs an internal cleaning! It was horrible

Tribeca is a lovely neighborhood, there are good restaurants and shops near the hotel. The hotel is modern and clean, the room is nice. I really liked it!!!

Friendly staff. Clean & functional. Being charged for internet use in this day & age is outrageous. Being charged to drink the large bottle of water in the room is outrageous when paying these prices. (incidentally there was no charge for the small bottle of water, but that was not made clear). Generally expensive for what it was with lots of snarky extras which bumped up the final bill.

They were very good, customer servce GREAT! Up- grade me no charge and we had our room ready right away- we arrived firsting early morning on a red-eye so that was amazing! Just had a really overall exceptional experience and stay in NYC, this location is really great so much to see, shop, eat and just overall a cute cute neighbor hood. Nothing!

I liked the location. The Bell disk was animated. They helped people get cars with gusto. My room was cramped. The Internet was slow. The concierge was not super knowledgeable Rhe gym was minimalistic. The lounge was crowded? Cramped and not friendly.

THE sheraton was very good v alue for money staff excellent although it further downtown it is very easy to catch subway to central park etc but there are also lots to do in Tribeca. Would certainly stay there again. Staff outstanding.

The front desk staff were the best we had in New York. They paid good attention on our needs and request. The bellmen were polite and friendly. Wifi had good speed. We had access to club, the view and service was great. Housekeepers were doing really good job. The curtain in our room could not fully cover the window, so it disturbed our sleep in the morning.

Perfect location for a city trip .Lots of metrolines are around the corner, and we used it a lot with our 7 days metro pass. Very helpfull crew ( day & night ) , and especially Eddy who was more then once a helping hand when we needed him :) . Wifi is free in the lobby, not in the room . In the room Wifi = $10 .

great location. staff very friendly, helpful. Loved rooftop patio/club ammenities. Had an ongoing issue with card reader on my door which required intervention. Might suggest patio heaters for cooler evenings on outdoor patio.

The room is of reasonable size not too small and so is the bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner, soap were not replenished everyday during my stay there. No free wifi in the hotel room.

Great location, between Soho and tribeca, near a few metro lines. The billing system- usually hotels take an imprint of your card, they actually took a deposit on check in which was not made clear to me at the time. Which I could deal.with but was surprised since I thought it was just a hold. They also charged my card the day before check out, which was a nightmare since we wanted to charge 2 cards. Was told no one could change it despite a call earlier to the contrary. Had to leave due to departing plane before it was sorted as the manager was not available. Has been eventually solved but I have never heard of a hotel charging the bill in full before check out and giving the guest a chance to look at the charges before paying. I have travelled widely and regularly too. Poor service and terrible policy which tainted an otherwise decent stay. Although you would never dream that you need to do so, check the day before you check out that you can use 2 cards to settle the bill if you need to do so.
