Loud grad party in facility below.
Lovely room and pool

The walk to universal involves a steep hill no one mentions this. Parking is 24 plus city tax that's alot and most of the garage was dimly lit with a questionable elevator.
The hotel was beautiful the outdoor and indoor decor was awesome. The room was clean but the room was not as styled I expected more. Staff was good and helpful. They have a bar that becomes Starbucks. Overall it's a average hotel and for the price and reputation I expected a lot more.

you charge even the water. In hotels not as good as our company give you the water for free. It is not the couple of dollars you pay for the water it shows you are not even willing to give a better service.

The didn't have a refergertor in the rooms.
It was close to the park.

We thought the towels were worn thin for such an upscale hotel. The air conditioner was noisy and other guests disrupted our sleep. We also felt that parking should be free to guests.
We liked the frequent availability of the hotel shuttle. We enjoyed an evening cocktail at the bar and especially appreciated the great service and conversation we received from Jennifer.

Service, rooms and hallways were outdated, has an overall worn-out feel...needs re-vamping No breakfast or enough dining options
Proximity and accessibility to universal studios park

The amenities were basic in the room. No in room safe, no additional toiletries other than soap and shampoo. Whatever happened to robes, slippers, a cotton bud even?? Had a fifty shades of grey episode in the room next door with paper thin walls ??????
The hotel staff were kind and helpful. The location was good. The beds were comfy.

No a/c in room ice machine didn't work on are floor. Needs some work.
How close to universal studios and the nice staff.

I had asked for a king and roll away - they did not have it!! They accommodated us with 2 old rooms until they had what we requested available. Unfortunately the old rooms were bad - We had 3 rooms in 4 nights - first 2 were dirty and broken - no air, lights out, bottle cap on floor (even the toilet didn't work!). They gave us a $100 credit but considering what we paid, that was of little significance.
Close to park (but shuttle did not run late) but you can walk it. Concierge was helpful.

Wifi is not free
April 7, 2015
No free wifi, no small fridge in room, had one bed instead of the requested two doubles
its good if you are going to Universal Studios - anything else is too far away.

The wifi was very unreliable
Great location. Friendly staff. Very clean

The cleanliness of the bathroom. It's just not clean. I don't want to even know what was on the shower curtain. It looked like a glob of mucus with hair in it. I almost threw up. I did not let my daughter take a shower and I only took one with the shower curtain and open and flip flops on.

Shuttle wait for more than 45 min. front office bad attitude and not friendly including the manager room not clean and bathroom blocked with no maintenance until i checked out. wifi for $10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I felt like I was imposing on your front desk. The agents were cordial but did not seem to want to go out of their way to help with any of my concerns.
You had some very nice staff. I thought the valets and the housekeeping departments were all very nice and friendly. They all said hello, they were very helpful with questions that we had and they all said to have a nice day.

The facilities were not that new but it's ok 'cause they were cleaning.

Bad customer service, awful old overpriced food at their restaurant
February 28, 2015
overall not worth for $230
close to universal studio
February 11, 2015
Expected a larger room for the price, and $9.95 per 24 hrs for wifi so we didn't use it.
Closeness to Universal and friendly staff. Heated pool was great.

Outdated place. Poor air-conditioning. Gave us a room that is far from the entrance even though there's not much guests at the time as I saw not much people traffic in the lobby during checkout time 11-12nn. The toilet in our lanai room was strange. Looks like it was only squeezed in the design. So the bathroom is small. All my comments are based because I paid 286+ dollars for a queen room with 2 queen beds and with a paid parking and valet, I would have expected more from Sheraton. Just like my title, it's just because it's easier with its proximity to universal studios. I would check in somewhere else next time. Just wait for the new hotel. Paying 200+ here is not worth it.
