Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas  

I like the houses design and the style. The quietness of the area. Easy parking space. The location of the compound is more comfortable. The staff are very polite and assistance.

There was a snake in the toilet at the first day we entered the house, my daughter was there and thank God she was not heart although the snake touched her leg. She was screeming and this created bad impression and we were very shocked, the inspector should had done prior inspection to the house before we or any other guest enter the house. I closed the door nicely under the door with a towel and I went to the main office to inform them, the pest control workers came and caught that snake and they told us this is poison snake. We requested to change the house, the management accepted that transferred to different house.

I traveled with my wife and 2 kids (6-8 years old). We loved the hotel. Big rooms! The housekeeper did a nice job everyday. There is a marketplace, KFC, AWC and Pizza Hut inside the resort. Kids loved the swimming pool. 5 min to Disney and 15 to Universal. 3 min to Lake Buena Vistsa Factory Outlet. 5 min to Premium Outlet and 20 min to new Premium Outlet (named Prime Outlet before). 15 min to Mall at Millenia and 20 min to Florida Mall. The best choice!!!

The check-out is too early, 10:00 am. I asked about a late check-out at the front desk and they said it wasn't possible. The wi-fi internet is free but has a poor signal. I needed to go near the pool for a better signal. The signal in the room is really bad.

Sheraton Resorts offer well maintained complex and villa having a good location for both Disney and Universal parks.

The first villa offered had a balcony that overlooked trees and a busy road with little or no view however this was changed upon request.

Upon arrival, I was notified that 1 bedrooms were not available. I was given a free upgrade to the 2 bedroom and it was spectacular! It could easily and comfortably sleep eight. The private bath and full kitchen were fantastic. The biggest plus (with small children) was the screened balcony! The staff will go out of their way to accomdate you.

I liked the resort amenities, its proximity to many of the major attractions, convenience to major highways, toll roads and to our family, who live in Kissimmee. I also liked having the conveniences of home in a hotel/resort like facility.

Didn't like the price too much, although I wasn't able to find anything comparable. I also didn't like the fact that the resort credit of $10 per day couldn't be used on check out to offset the total charge. We left a credit of $50.70 unused!!!

Condos were excellent and comfortable price was very reasonable, location was convienient to local attractions

Could add bar and resteraunt especially breakfast buffet in morning would be great Adult entertainment for evening relaxation also

Needed drink servers by the pool area

Really annoyed and bothered by the presentation of Starwood, who were pushing us to buy their packet on site. Will never consider Sheraton Resort again.

Excellent place to stay with children. Everything is considered. Rooms are impecable, large and comfortable. We rented a two room appartment in Cascades, directly in front of the pool and the market. Excelent location inside the resort.

Internet is slow, ..... very slow !!!

It was my 1st time in a villa and it was like home.

I did not like the presure you were under going to the seminar to purchase a timeshare villa. The presure was enormous and it makes you not want to be here or even spend time here again in the future.

All facilities you can found

We were very impressed with the accommodations. The room was very nice and spacious. The grounds were well kept. The food needs some improvement.

Very nice resort close to Disney. Rooms were clean and the interior equipment was excellent.
