Very nice the hotel. Very comfortable the room. Very nice the landscapes. Close to the parks, for a very good price. We loved the place!

The two bedroom villas were very comfortable for a large family.

Yes, although I checked in at 1am in the morning, the telemarketing group gave me a wake up call at 7 am. No hotel should call guests at that hour, unless you asked for a wake up call. I spoke with the manager and asked that no more calls be made to my room at that hour ever again. The following morning I was given a call once again by the marketing team at 6:30 am to remind me of a meeting I was supposed to attend, although I asked not to be called. When I complained again, I was promised that a manager would call me to my cel phone to apologize, which never happened. As I was traveling with small children, this really spoiled my trip to Orlando as the children were woken up two days in a row at unreasonable hours.

The space, the ameneties, the fully equipped kitchen and the fully loaded villa with all comfort luxuries. We were a family of five including an infant and it was first time for us in the US. we found all what we needed. The lanscaping is awesome, the security of the place is super too. The location is in proximity to almost everything.

Large, clean, well appointed, luxurios 2 bedroom villa

Poor sound insulation (heard footsteps all around that sounded like they were coming from one of the two bedrooms - I checked - they weren't). However this occurred during spring break at peak season.

This is the second time that I stay at the Sheraton Vistana Resort with my baby, now 16-moths old, and my mom and we really love it here. The resort is large, landscaping is perfect so we could take long walks around the resort and the artificial lakes. The pools are large and heated and suitable even for small children.

The only thing I resented was an agressive sales phone call I received one mornning for a time share pitch. I was not interested and could not attend with my young child but the sales representative would not let me off the hook.

Attenzione: questo hotel afferma di mettere a disposizione delle ville per I suoi ospiti. Questo e' falso. Si tratta di camere con cucina. E il prezzo e' spropositato per la zona. Loro giustificano questa truffa dicendo che "loro le chiamano villa"... Patetico. Tutto il resto del mondo ha una definizione ben precisa di villa. Una figura cosi' non me la sarei mai aspettata da un brand come sheraton.

El Hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado a pocos minutos de los parques de Disney y los Centros Comerciales con los mejores precios (Premiun Outlet). El hotel es de facil acceso a la I4 y a la Internacional drive

O hotel possui ótima localização e infra-estrutura. Realmente adequado para viagem de lazer com a familia. Além de ter ótima relação custo beneficio.

Me sorprendio que no hubiera shampoo disponible para los clientes. Tuve que salir a comprar.

El hotel cuenta con todos los servicios y el confort necesario para disfrutar al máximo nuestra estancia. Salimos de compras pero realmente el hotel tiene instalaciones excelentes y las habitaciones están equipadas con todo lo necesario.
