It was easy to find from the airport, easy to get to all the things I needed to get to. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Grounds are beautiful. Carpet wasn't all that clean. |

very nice place to stay with young children, lots of activities to enjoy. The location being on the International Drive is very good to enjoy Orlando attractions apart from Walt Disney that is quite far from the hotel. |

i went to a welcome breakfast which turned out to be a timeshare sale,and i was not a bit pleased at their attitude when i wanted to leave.i was stuck their for 4.5 hours and ruined a day of my holiday |

The hospitality was great from the cleaning staff to the guest services. The villa had all the amenities necessary to accomodate my family of 6. |

I live locally, but can't wait to go back. The pool was fantastic, something for everyone. a wading pool for the smallest of kids to pool games and activities for the older kids. Pool side service for lunch and drinks. It is close to all the area parks and attractions and the property is beautiful. I am an early riser and nothing opens on the property until 8 AM.. kind of a hassle to drive just for coffe that early in the morning. However, the rooms have coffee makers but I didnt want to wake the kids sleeping on the pull out sofa. |

Comfort convenience to resort facilities - willing help from hotel staff, landscaping and grounds are beautiful. handling our timing change both by booking.com and sheraton was very smooth. |

The pools were very nice. We were put in a suite that the heating was not working. It put out warm dusty air in the sitting area and cold air in the bedroom. When i complained they at first made excuses that they weren't used to such cold weather in Florida and the heating was different there. which is a load of rubbish. I had lived in Florida and Jan. can get quite cold. |
