Sheraton Vistana Villages Resort Villas  

The Sheraton Vistana Village Resort is wonderful. The pools are warm and and meet the needs for everyone. The have two great kid pools that offer many hours of play. Two wonderful parks that you can take a break from the water. The store offers a wide variety of food that you can get to make meals at the hotel. The rooms are wonderful . I would recommend this place to anyone for a great vacation.

The cost was a bit less costly than the Embassy Suites, but turned out to be a false economy.

I didn't like: - The pushy, insistent, repetitive sales pitches for your time-share deal. These continued even after I told the first guy at the "services" desk that I was entirely uninterested, and the first call to my room to persuade me "take this opportunity" for the "free breakfast or brunch." My time is worth FAR more per hour than the $100 the "service" desk guy offered me for the 2 hours the patronizing, high-pressure sales pitch would take! He couldn't believe I didn't "love money"! What the hell does Sheraton teach these people about human beings? That we're all salespeople? - The too-long spigot in the too-small kitchen sink that made getting a glass of water or washing a dish very messy. - The trash left in the outdoor hallway and not picked up by cleaning staff. - The location too far from the restaurants on the other side of the convention center.

The rooms were nice.

I didn't like the complimary breakfast that the time shares people offered. Very aggressive towards you when your not interested in their product. Made you feel uncomfortable, I think the hotel itself should do something to fix that problem.

We have stayed aty the Sheraton Vistana Villages 3 or 4 tiimes in the past and we like it very much. The rates are very fair and the rooms are comfortable and homey. We took our 3 year old grandson to Sea World this trip and last year we took him to Disney with our 2 other grand children and their parents. We will most definately stay at Vistana again. It is close to everything as well as shopping.

Quality of the rooms, beds and furnishings for price

The pillows were terrible - feather lends no support to the neck or back.

Great service, great facility, wonderful place to stay!

I loved that you could use the pool until 1am, as we go out in the day and often night is the only time we can use the facility or early morning. Loved the hot tubs. If I ever have grandchildren this would be a great place to take them with all the activities. Loved the size and cleanliness of the villa. Loved the separate bedrooms and bathrooms and the jacuzzi tub. Loved the idea of massage at the pool although I didn't experience it. The cabana's are great. Can you tell I had a great experience?

Toilet backed up alot, there was no plunger in the room to help this. Very slow to drain in one room more than the other. Loved the cabanas but would like to see some with lounge chairs for us who really can't sit out in the sun but like to lie down not sit down and read.

Check out time a little early. House keeping knocked on the door at nine thirty. Also there was no garbage can or garbage bags.

The resort is well kept. The gm and his team are doing a fabulous job. Highly recommended for anyone who wishes to visit Disney and other resorts. Located in the quieter part of International Drive with all amenities close by. A car is highly recommended.

The restaurant could improve their offering. Most of the external eateries are "burger & chips' joints. So they could be more home style cooking, E.G. Vegetables, Salads, etc... Cleaning staff try their best. However an occasional inspection by supervisors would lift the standards much higher. This is by no means to say the place is dirty in any manner. They do a good job, however there is room to excel.

it was very nice specially the pool for the kids, the main pool open till 01:00am, and they are showing kids movie every night while your in the pool. they really enjoyed it. and we will sure go back there again soon.

perfect value for money (if you book through Booking :-)

1- the room condition is very poor. Cluset doors are brooken and dish washer is not working. 2- house keeping is poor also. They do not refill the bathroom with needed such as bathroom tissues shampo and so on. 3- internet is free but you have to rune up and down, right and left to catch the signal. In general it is the sheraton but it is time share system.
