    The room was nice and clean,the bed was so comfy,the bathroom decor was absolutely beautiful!!

    I had booked a deluxe double room for me and my sister to share but when I checked in I was given a room with a Queen size bed and a let out sofa..I would have liked to have what I booked but my stay was great

    Easy to park and unload at front door since they weren't very busy. Front desk person (Summer ?) was pleasant and helpful. Facility was very clean. Room/bath was nice and again- very clean.

    After leaving front desk, I felt like we were on our own. Had to find our own luggage cart and we were then on our own to find room (12th floor). We were offered the use of the 12th floor lounge, which I didn't really understand, and when I looked in the locked door and saw it was empty, I thought: "Not for me. What kind of pleasurable experience is that ?" No doubt everything cost $$$ Checkout was okay, but we were again on our own to handle luggage. That would be an issue for the disabled or older folks. Tried to look out the large room window and I thought it was fogged over. Wrong on that. It appears to old and permanently dull. Doesn't do much for feeling like you're getting a top-notch stay. Overall an okay experience, but I felt like we were almost alone and there sure was not much buzz.

    I liked that they excepted pets at this location

    The rooms were very dirty .... I switched to a different room because the one I was in was super dirty. The new room I moved into was dirty as well. Not a good experience.

    Very hard to find from I-270 and two (2) sheratons in the same locale was a bit troublesome. OLD hotel and a lot of pets for one hotel. Will never stay there again, disappointed that Bookings gave them 3/12 stars. A dismal 2 stars would be more inline.

    It's a lovely hotel. Can count on comfort of the room. We travel here quarterly for a meeting. Meeting facilities are nice, and work good for our needs. It's always clean and comfortable, location is convenient.

    When checking in gave us a room right next to the elevators. It would be very noisy all night as we were there on a Friday. I called and asked for another room, which they gave us. The rooms do not have refrig or microwave, and breakfast is not included in the cost.

    Beds were uncomfortable. Mattresses were flat and unsupportive. Felt like they should have been replaced 5 yrs. ago.

    This hotel is lovely, with nice rooms, comfortable beds, and nice bath rooms. It has places to eat within the complex, and the meeting rooms are nicely configured.

    For the cost of the room, there is nothing else, other than the small coffee maker, and a small bottle of water that is fee. Breakfast is not included, there are not any refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms, as is almost standard in places like Holiday Inn Express, Hampton, etc. Eating breakfast at the hotel is very expensive.

    The speed at which I can book, the transparency of the hotels quality, and the upfront information that enables me to make a selection is phenomenal on booking.com's website. I also like the bedding that Sheraton uses, as it is of excellent quality and comfort.

    There was supposed to be a sofa in the room according to the description of our booking but there was not one. It didn't affect us much as the bed was plenty big enough for the 3 off us.
