The hotel was nice.. Right off the beach.. Great view .. Staff was great .. Good and bar.. I would stay again
I liked the location.
I travelled all the way from Washington with a 7.00am flight. I got to d hotel at 12.30. I had to wait till 3,00 pm to check in. I found it very disgusting as I was very tired.
Vista dalla camera e bella spiaggia
Tutto il resto
Easy access to the beach.
The distance to my room, and the bedsheets and pillows were dirty.
The hotel needs a major renovation. Price per night too high for this hotel.
All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The beach was beautiful and the free towels and chairs made it very comfortable. The proximity to shopping, restaurants and many activities was very convenient. Within walking distance to a lot.
Housekeeping was a little lax. One day they did not come to the room until after 5 while we were preparing to go out for the evening so we declined the service and just asked for a few towels. Another day we had to call and request shampoo because the housekeeper forget to replenish. We also had an uninvited guest in the bathroom one night in the form of a giant palmetto bug. Not unusual for Florida. I suspect an article of clothing got accidentally swept up in the sheets when they were changed and it was never found again.
Close to beach..
The AC-fan is located 20 cm from your head and no earplugs ccan solve that. Really bad...
Very nice hotel with great customer service.
Food was very expensive. Also I think parking should be free for guests. Charging for parking is unacceptable. Beach umbrellas and the cabanas were also expensive. Those are my only complaints. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.
Very good service with all staff from reception to pool and beach area.
Beach and bar area great. Pool was awesome. Very clean hotel overall. Staff friendly.
We had a handicap room which was very spacious. The washroom thou had an old smell to it.
The location was very good and we enjoyed the private beach and the pools were excellent.
for 2 days there were no face cloths - no cream for coffee and we had to take toilet paper off the maid's buggy. This was mentioned to the maid but we might as well have spoken to the wall. We were very disappointed with the Sheraton.
Nice room. Dual aspect windows, view (across a road!) of the beach. Modern and clean. Great location for the beach and the FL restaurants. Great beach and nice town. Quirky internal swimming pool and hotel with fantastic history of the 1950s American dream heydays.
The additional expenses in the hotel are high - that maybe normal for a 'named' Hotel but it adds up - $20 parking/night, $19 beach umbrella higher, mad prices in the shop for water, the cafe for coffee and the beach restaurant (with food given in plastic bags and containers!!). I think this these costs might be typical of America as much as this individual hotel though.
King room booked wasn't available. Upgraded to a double bed room with a view. But it wasn't serviced. So they moved me again to another room with a balcony. Beds were still uncomfortable.
The workers were really nice
Other expenses billed
The sliding glass door track too high I stumped my toe too many times.
Beach and great rooms
Very close to the beach Lobby staff helpful and friendly
Room dated (I believe some have been updated) Food in attached Mexican restaurant average
Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Nice vibe/atmosphere. Would stay again!
cost of food and drink in hotel very expensive
The staff at the motel was great all were helpful and friendly. The location is great. The manager Jessica did try to fix the problems we had. Its a shame she does manager a nicer hotel.
We arrive at 2:45 check in was 3:00 after paying $20 a day to park in the motel parking. We finally got our room at 3:45. The room a double gueen balcony with ocean view. Was not as the photos on line showed and the beds are full at best. We gave a $240 deposit and I would not have gave that for all the worn out furniture in the room. Beds were very uncomfortable. The view of ocean was blocked by the trees. The shower would not drain. After talking to Jessica the manager she explained this hotel was very old and the historic society would only let them change so much and the furniture was battered because of the party goer's. But she knew this did not excuse the rooms.she moved us to the beach building which was a lot better room but still not like its on line photos and the beds still a full at best. The view from room was great though. If your looking for a 4 star hotel this is not it this is a 2 1/2 star at best. This hotel was built in the fifty's and the rooms show it.
Confortable beds, near to a nice beach
The bathroom was dirty
customer service access to the beach from the pool balcony ocean view
Great staff, very nice but smallish room but with a great balcony, wonderful selection for room service, and AWESOME beach.
Self-parking is tight and a bit expensive.
The beds were comfortable and there was a nice view. The waitress in the bar was very nice.
The room was not ready yet when we arrived at 5pm. Most of the staff was not particularly nice. The beach-side building where we were relocated was too warm. The parking was horrible and cost $20 a night. The check-out was not available on our TV until 12 noon.
Stayed before and after our cruise. The staff was extremely helpful as on our return I knew we would be early and asked before we departed if they could just store our luggage when we returned. They were very nice and we were able to check into our room early as it was available.
