Free breakfast and pool
they charged us for the two nights we stayed when we first got there and then when we left they charged us another $40. And then we called and asked why they said it was their mistake and they would reimburse us the $40 and never did.
Room was spacious and comfortable.friendly staff.
Areas in the room were unclean. 2 ice machines were out. The pool was under maintenance and unusable. We should have been warned or given a discount in the case. We had planned on swimming. We tryed to order a movie in our room which is an amenity and this did not work either and the staff was not helpful. The room was nice though and large. It just could have been cleaner.
Enjoyed a great steak at dinner and relaxed in the hot tub.
Housekeeping needs to address the entryway and elevator with a vacuum. Spoke a greeting to the housekeeper in the morning with eye contact and no response. Remainder of the staff was wonderful.
The hotel was nice and the staff very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the room spacious. It wasn't criwded at all with our family of 5.
The pool was extremely cold but the hot tub made up for it.
we loved the free to order breakfast, my grandchildren were so happy with their meal.
hall way was not very clean, but it was a holiday, so maybe it was under staffed.
The hotel onthe entrance was durty and bad smell, didn"t like the front desk service and the bathrooms were not very well cleaned.
I had looked at a lot of places to stay. I was very excited when I walked in the room and it was so big! And the bed was so comfortable! I would definitely stay there again!
The only thing I didn't like was no DVD players. Had to purchase movies for rediculous prices.
No fitted sheet on the bed. The excuse was they needed deep pocket sheets... Then buy some. Funny thing was it wasn't a deep pocket sheet bed. The bed liner had a huge pee stain on it... Like really?!?!? We checked out the next day. If it wasn't for my two small children I would have packed up and left that night. Disgusting. I will never go back.
Its location is good for me. Its clean and afrordable . I come to see my mom in a home there and see family.
Needed more pillows and coffee s set up better.
The room size and location.
The breakfast was horrible.
Staff, cleanliness, room, service.
The room was beautifully appointed and the design was perfect, the bed very comfy.
We checked in late at night after a long drive and as we walked in the lady at the counter didn't smile or greet us. True, we had already checked in, but having come from Couer d'Alene it was quite different from the very friendly environment we had experienced there.
Shabby infrastructure. No vacuuming in room or throughout hotel!!!!! Sheets on bed not placed in bed giving impression they were not clean or changed from previous inhabitants. Stayed here in 1998 and it was good then but now a shabby place. There was a gun conference going on!!!!
The pool is open all hours, so the kids had a blast swimming.
Only two towels in my room when it was known there were 3 people staying in the room. Could only use the bath as a shower when the kids would prefer a bath.
Please get the mildew out of the shower/tub.
Even though this is a really dated hotel the rooms are huge!!! At least an extra 100 square feet larger than any other hotel I have stayed in. Every room has a sofa, table for two plus a work desk, mini bar sink and counter, medium size refrigerator, and lots of counter space by the sink.
No toaster or bread for the free breakfast, had to ask for the oatmeal to be put out. Scant things to eat if you are allergic to milk or whey. The only things I could safely eat where the potatoes and the fruit.
Like rooms and hotel, breakfest was great,
My room smell like cigerttes when it was non smoking room.
the room was big & clean; the hotel was quiet; the pool was great for the kids; the staff were very helpful; the location was perfect--close to Walmart, restaurants and the waterfront/falls
the continental breakfast was okay; my daughter & I don't eat gluten, so it had limited options for us... some oatmeal and yogurt would have been great!
The wifi had several routers to choose from with varied signal strength . Also no login needed . But that was the only thing new at this place
There was hair in the beds - floors creeked and lights flickered eerily. Bad smells everywhere and terribly outdated fixtures , carpets, awful tiny pillows and only 2 per bed . Literally the size of a couch throw pillow .
Great location with many amenities.
the staff was great, breakfast and dinner was great, and the quick stay and help from everyone was awesome! :)
the swimming pool ceiling was leaking into the pool. the tiles were also beginning to rot away :(
There was nothing we liked about the hotel. Our room was smelly, the shower didn't work well and the room was facing the car park. Pillows were thin and tiny. Decor was completely outdated. Breakfast was bad and poor. Definitely really bad value for the money we paid for the room.
Front desk staff very nice very helpful and 1 lady was in training she did awesome. The bed was nice and comfortable.
sunflowers seeds and dust on floor by bedside table, maid came into the room after we were checked in to stock the towels etc did not knock or say housekeeping. The hallway had a old building smell when you were walking to room. The room above us had kids that were jumping a lot and off the bed and coming down to knock on our door because they forgot what floor they were on.
