    Room on back side facing residential area was nice. Breakfast was straight forward and had healthy choices. Wifi worked in room. Welcoming and pleasant staff.

    Exit and entrance is in a congested traffic area at certain times of the day.

    no ground floor rooms and I do have adisabilaty so walking any distance is a problem

    not much.......size of room?

    Lady staffer was very slow at the check in and blamed the computer system, she was a little rude; but to be fair, she seemed a little stressed out too! Room key issues....... Room key didn't work so we had to take 3 trips to lobby from our 3rd floor room! Front desk check-in lady acted like we weren't following her "special door key?" instructions to get in to this room because of this crummy key lock system. On the 3rd trip the elevated area was packed with people and could serve 6 people at a time! I suggested we walk up (even though I have had replacement knee joints!) The check-in lady came to the room on the 3rd time and she couldn't get our door key to work either! She got us in the room with her master key and promised a quick fix....that didn't happen, so an hour later we gave up! We were trying to go for a night swim but after the long wait we told them to not fix the lock as we were tired and decided to sleep. Never got to use the pool and I felt that the night desk lady should offered a reduced rate or at least a credit for a future stay at Shilo but she left no such offer with "others" when we checked out. FYI.....we have stayed at the Shilo Inn several time at different locations and been pleased, but we will never go back to this location again!

    The receptionist at check in was extremely pleasant and helpful.

    Breakfast choices were limited to continental.

    Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and adequate for our needs. Value was exceptional.

    Pillows were not comfortable.

    The staff was very friendly. she was extremely busy but did not indicate she was overwhelmed. She gave excellent service and took the time to ensure each guest received excellent service.

    The elevator is very slow. There is only one elevators for the entire hotel. The hotel was booked solid and it took forever to access the elevator.

    Very helpful staff. We got there a little early but the room was ready and we were able to check in early. Comfortable room and beds, big fluffy towels. Breakfast was great, good selection of quick things to eat. Kids loved the waffles (: Covered parking with security, easy access on and off the freeway.

    The pool was shallow and small, water seemed off color.

    the service and staff were fine and price was reasonable for offerings

    the pool area is a disaster. the pool is too hot, and green. the sauna and steam room doors don't close properly so it makes the whole place a steam bath, smells mildewy all the way out in the lobby, and the work out room is unusable because of heat and humidity.

    Staff was friendly and flexible.

    Cleanliness it paramount, and it was not complete. For instance, one should not find urine on the toilet seat.

    Easy access to freeway Complimentary Breakfast Staff at Breakfast were very attentive Good to fair for the money We were able to check in early

    The pool water looked murky Chair in room was stained, needs a little TLC The flooring under the bath tub creaked when even the kids stepped in. Stayed at 3 different Shilo's and this was the one needing a face lift

    Spacious room (suite). Clean. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Good value. Very easy access to I-5.

    When we arrived the front destination lady was managing 2 coach bus loads of non English speaking guests and I have to say she took multitasking to a whole new level. My check in went smoothly and I was not affected. Breakfast was fresh and full of variety. I will stay at this chain again.

    Checking out.

    The whole place is dated.. needs major updating. The t.v. in room was a 19" rca from the 80's. Bedding had burn holes in them. Breakfast area not well set up. Pool water real cloudy. If I could have cancel my second night I would have.

    Suites were GREAT! Bed was comfortable, everything was very clean!

    Wifi really didn't work in our room (on 4th floor). Needs something stronger...

    Comfortable room...decent breakfast

    Personally, I am deeply resentful of properties which have Fox News blaring in the lobby 24/7. If you must have a news station on, at least go down the middle with CNN. I complained and was told it was a corporate policy to only play Fox News. Shiloh Inns and associated properties have permanently lost my business because of this. Also, 3 dogs roaming around while everyon was eating breakfast and front desk did nothing. Finally, slowest elevator in creation.

    The rooms are very spacious and the amenities are good. The staff is very accommodating.

    Not much in walking distance of the hotel.
