The doors being automatic is a great idea. Thanks
The bed was hard.
Everything was nice and neat. The bed is comfortable and the room is spacious.
One of the tv remotes didn't work but hey there was two tvs anyway.
The room as large and comfortable. It was close to a lot of restraunts within walking distance. Enjoyable stay.
Location to nearby restaurant.
Staying next to. Family with young children.
Great facility. Liked everything
The staff was great. They did their best to help and provide. Location was awesome.
Hotel is old and needs a make over. Hot tub was empty and didn't work. Carpet on hallways was held together with duct tape. Mattresses were very hard. We knew 5 other famines stayin in the hotel and they all said the same. At one time this was probably the nicest hotel in town. With all the new hotels built, they need to fix it or lower the prices dramatically.
For the price, the facility was much better than expected.
Small town, but tidy. Shilo is very close to Macy's, Target ... And a very good Mexican restraunt is just on the left hand of Shilo, not more than one mile away, which supplied us the best meal in the whole journey.
Look in to the swiming pool, sands in it.
The beds where rock hard preventing us from a good night's rest. The hot tub was out of order and the swimming pool was to cold to enjoy.
liked that the pool was open 24/7
pool and hot tub needs a lot of work..lot of sharp and rough areas
We had a King Suite that was outfitted with sink, microwave, frig...very nice when on road trip as we are. Great high speed wi-fi.
Staff was friendly, facility was clean
Wi-Fi was poor
The front desk staff were quite helpful with directions and recommending somewhere to eat for dinner. Although we didn't spend much time in the hotel, we got a great night sleep. Would definitely stay again.
Breakfast was horrible !
room was amazing bed was comfy shower was nice wifi was strong gym and swimming pool available
nothing that i can remember!
Spacious, clean, comfortable room. I've stayed at places that were half as nice and twice the price. Pure and simple a great room at a bargain price
Nice large comfortable room. Very friendly staff.
Pool area needs updated
This was a great value, clean and well kept. Convenient location.
Getting a little worn down, but I guess that is part of the 'value'. Clean is what counts.
The price was right
The decor is too dark. Dark halls, dark rugs, rooms are dark. Mattress was just ok.
The price was great. I loved our room. It was cozy., private and nice. I will stay her again. the breakfast was fair.
The light in the living area kept dinging when we turned it on. So we left it off.
Cat was friendly, the others were not when I walked through the lobby.
Great place if you have a pet. Good value and a comfotable room
In room TV system needs upgrading. Screens are small and the remote does not operate easily
I have just stayed in 12 hotels in 14 days in one trip. Although many of them were very good, this one was the very best of the lot.
The fact that I was not able to stay longer at this location.
Easy to find. Very friendly staff. Older hotel, but some of it has been updated. Stayed very comfy temperature in our room, in spite of thin blanket (I like the weight of a thick blanket). Kitchenette-ish area is cool, but we didn't stay long enough to use it.
Threadbare linens (small hole worn through on hide-a-bed blanket). TVs (one for each room section) were very old and very small... and flipping the limited selection of channels, were SHOCKED to see the Playboy channel! Shouldn't that be pay-per-view? A shelf or something in the bathroom on which to set your clean clothes would be nice. When staying with the family, ya don't want to come out of the bathroom in your birthday suit, in full view of everyone in the room. A little confusion - at the price we paid, breakfast supposedly wasn't included. But when we checked in, someone told hubby about breakfast times. So, we just skipped it, thinking that was probably in error.
