I am 56yrs old and this was the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. Never before have I given a poor review. But I paid $195.00 for 2 nights and I think I deserve my money back.. Booking.com # is191239668. And I have already complained and your company is checking into it..
Was close to where I was getting my vehicle repaired
Was rundown and dirty wallpaper was, peeling, mold in the bathroom. Carpet nasty,
Bed was comfortable.
Did not smell clean. TV model and channel choices poor.
The room was clean and the location was very central to most activities. This would be ok for travelers looking for a value coming through the area. I appreciated the job of the cleaning crew over my stay.
For business travelers the internet was spotty and too slow. The breakfast was meager, but quantities of basics were replenished. The lobby area is especially spartan, giving the impression of a lower cost hotel; it was good the clean room offset that impression. The TV's are still the old analog, low resolution versions making it impossible to read any text.
Booking on a holiday weekend with a discount rate. Value to discount room ratio was excellent. Staff was quick to respond at both check in and check out, and they were VERY friendly. Room was comfortable and clean.
Wi-fi was slightly weak, but adequate. Signage for out of room amenities was slightly confusing. Signs indicated ice and vending was down the hall, when it was actually on the bottom floor. My dislikes are small and rate in the very minor inconvenience category.
Clean. Front desk manager was very nice and had professional look to compare to a night shift person.
Smell of the room. Smelled like old. Front desk person at the time of arrival was not really, friendly. She offered a different room than we reserved. Breakfast menu was very poor.
Clean modern rooms
Very small rooms with everything crammed into a space to just barely walk around the bed.
Fairly comfortable room and did not have to worry about noisy neighbors because the hotel was essentially empty.
Hot tub about the size of an average bathtub, decor was extremely outdated and the hallway smelled of dirty diapers, a better breakfast selection could be found in the dumpster outside of the abandoned restaurant in the mall parking lot.
Steven was the best front desk manager of any hotel I've been a guest of in many years. The answer to any request was "Yes of course" always. The house cleaning staff did a fine job too. Thank you Steven for making our stay truely wonderfull.
This facility is not at all a typical Shilo Inn. There was no on site restaurant. Their was a complimentary breakfast served that was very nice. For the price savings compared to the local competition we will be staying here again. Thank you Steven.
The hotel had no hot water and they rented me the room know in that. I worked all day had dinner and came back to a cold shower. The manager said that they were going to charge for the room just the same. I went to another hotel.
