It was very clean and modern, and they feature Aveda products in the bathroom. Made good use of all the space in my small room. The maids didn't give me any fresh towels for the second day, and my key stopped working so I had to get it re-keyed at 1:30 in the morning when I got back to my room! |

Staff were courteous and efficient. Checked in early but no rooms were available, they said they would call me when I could go to the room. They did. The room I got I didn't like (close to elevator door and TV not straight in from of bed). They upgraded me to quieter corner room. |

L'hôtel est idéalement placé + le café à disposition dans le hall. Pas de hall d'accueil. Trop peu de personnel à l'accueil. Attente longue. Pas de souplesse du personnel pour être multitâche. |
