Stay here! Super clean stylish rooms, great staff, in the heart of the city, small quiet boutique hotel, great value, beautiful roof top pool. Light and airy and modern with all the amenities. I would stay here again in a heart beat. I've traveled to Hawaii 6 + times and this is the best place I've stayed!
Good location, close to Waikiki Beach and many restaurants. Helpful staff.
Small rooms, with inadequate strorage space.
not the facilities of the big resort hotels but if you don't need them don't pay for them Quiet easy safe walk to restaurants
Staff could be a little more polite but not bad really
Friendly front desk.
The door to our room was left open when we arrived, along with a wet clothing cloth on the floor that wasn't picked up for 6 days.
Got upgraded to junior suites and it was awesome! Rooms are very clean, building is easy to find and very near waikiki beach, restaurants and shops. Friendly and very helpful receptionist.
Wifi is slow at the lobby at first but eventually picked up especially when we came up to the room.
Near from center of the city and beach. You can borrow beach towels for free.
Location is good.
For a newly renovated hotel, I could not believe that the carpets in the hallway were stained & smelly. I stayed in room no. 431 & the hallway from the lift to my room smelt of sewerage. Also they ran out of milk in the lobby for teas & coffees.
Location,Wifi, comfortable Lobby, and great friendly very helpful stuff member!
city view room without view. Bathroom without fan, moist and smell wire.
All the stores was in walking distance.
The visit was a good one.
location, comfortable beds
time opening of swimming pool
In the center of Waikiki, surrounded by all kinds of restaurants.
Room is very small.
Staff had the aloha spirit and made our visit enjoyable! The room was small but comfortable. Loved how convenient it was to the shops, restaurants and beach!
We had some condensation dripping from the bathroom light fixture. There should be an exhaust fan in the bathroom.
This Hotel was well situated in Waikiki close to the main strip and good restaurants. Room was clean staff were accommodating at all times. Loved the cold drinks provided in the foyer, great when you come back from a shopping are tourist trip.
Very dated decor. Wifi terrible! Wouldn't stay here again.
Heavenly, served Chicken Rice for lunch which I enjoyed being half Singaporean. Genreally loved dining there. Breakfast was good too Liked having the Pineapple Ice tea on tap on the lobby. Loved the location
A few more things could be updated the ceilings in the corridoors aren't very ascetically pleasing No pool.
Complimentary tea, coffee and iced tea in lobby! Room was very nice and clean Great service from staff
It was wonderful place for me. The location also perfect.
This is a very hospitable boutique hotel with an excellent location in mid Waikiki. Staff were very friendly and helpful, making our stay a very pleasant one indeed.
The Swimming pool is really small, only for bathing not for swimming. But who would need a pool anyway when you stay so close to the Waikiki Beach?
Rooms are quite dusty. I wiped all the furnitures w my own chloro-sheets. Cups and floors are dusty and so as the coffee maker. This is more like a 2-stars old hotel. But the bed sheets are clean. Staffs are friendly but very slow. It took an hour to respond for toilet paper.
Location two blocks from beach. Close to bus stops for visits to Pearl Harbor and Diamond Head. No car needed. Plenty of restaurant and shopping available.
Mildew odor in bathroom.
Room very dirty, smelly. Wifi didn t work. The sink and the bath were plugged. Room's view awful. No electricity the night before departure, never mentioned during the day before.
Location and reasonable hotel fees
TV channels are confusing with no guides. Just building views. Carpets in elevators are not clean.
the hotel was overall very comfortable, the staff were great. The hotel was a good home base for our trip to Oahu
view was of a run down apartment building, and a bit far to beach areas
