Score from 341 reviews Very good
the hotel was overall very comfortable, the staff were great. The hotel was a good home base for our trip to Oahu
view was of a run down apartment building, and a bit far to beach areas
good location, easy to go everywhere close to the waikiki beach
the parking fee is high
Staff very helpful. Don't get a city view room. Rooms are clean. Well serviced. Good internet free to the room. Close to everything in Waikiki. Good air conditioning. Not those antiquated noisy box air conditioners that are still found in most hotels in Hawaii. (What's up with USA and antiquated air conditioning?) The independent restaurant on the premises is inexpensive and very good. Fresh organic food.
Don't get a city view room. If you do you eill not open your curtains. Derelict building of dubious uses next door. Ask for floor 10 and up on mountain view side. Get king size otherwise they are very small rooms with no armchair. It's worth the little bit extra. No kitchen. Coffee pods for the coffee machine are expensive from the hotel but we bought them cheaply across the road at the Ross store.
Comfortable and gets the job done. Staff were very helpful. Bathroom had a funny smell buttonless reported the cleaning staff sorted it out. The attached restaurant was excellent.
Location, staff, attention to detail, value.
Room surfaces were not cleaned. No more Kona coffee. Not enough drawer space.
Excellent hotel, very kind staff, wonderful location
Hotel was close to beach and shopping and was at a good price.
Another guest was smoking on our floor and hotel staff could not identify which room it was coming from.
Great location, staff were helpful and very friendly.
All over room size and bathroom tiny, for a US hotel. No fridge in room. Would of been nice for our stay of 5 nights.

customer service was terrible. Arrived at 9am in the morning from a 10 hr flight.Rooms weren't available till 3 pm check in .Reception was aware that we were waiting and told us to keep calling them back to see if it was available earlier.Called about 6 times nothing available even after 12 pm which is check out.Arrived back at the hotel at 3pm to be told our room was still not available. We were booked in for 7 days and been waiting all day luckily we had a car rental which we went to sleep in ,in the carpark.Rang the hotel prior to arriving and was told we didn't have to pay until check out but when arrived needed a credit card.Since i didn't have one i offered to pay cash 1200 use up front and was told i still needed to pay 100 on my debit card as security. Not a lot of parking had to use the public car park across the road. When we called the hotel to speak to friends the front desk don't answer their phone called 5 separate times.Ended up checking out a day earlier. The staff are too young and have no customer skills. When we checked out was not even asked if we enjoyed our stay or offered a taxi yet we had 6 bags in the waiting area.We are travelled all over the world although location was great i could have got the same service from a 2 star hotel for half the price.
The staff was well trained, helpful, intelligent and delightful.
No facilities whatsoever You paid a premium for location though rooms were old, we had faulty lights and a balcony that seems like it was a safety hazard. We left after one night, our original booking was for an entire week
Drinks in Lobby.
Coffee was $2 a bag (i thought inclided in rom cost)
Great location Great coffee and Ice Tea always available in lobby Daily newspaper Apples and beach towels for the beach Computer available to print boarding passes Very friendly and helpful front desk staff
The pool area was a disappointment to us - only 4 lounge chairs and pool accessibility not very nice - not handicapped accessible. Booked a city view but had a run-down commercial condo directly in our sight. It was necessary to upgrade to get a more pleasant view. Patio should have 2 chairs available instead of 1.
Location proved to be very good, close to restaurant and activity pickups
No walking ramp. Several steps in front and the lift did not seem to work, or nobody cared to operate it. Soft drink machine would not accept bills AMD the desk did not provide change. Not accommodating.
location, equipment, room
Good location in Waikiki. Modern hotel. Good value for money. Nice staff.
Room quite small, parking expensive.
Very well located, excellent staff, ideal for access to beach and shopping
Location Staff Drinks in foyer
Position in Waikiki and to the Beach was superb
Everything was great
Cleanliness of room and location to entertainment.
Small Hotel, no beach access or view (unless you count the tiny sliver between buildings). Not as nice as advertised.
Staff were friendly and efficient. car valet system was excellent. Our room was just right with good views of the waikiki area and ocean. The cafe next door was superb for breakfast, set us up perfectly for each day.
Excellent Room-bed-Wifi-value of money-nice location near To Waikiki beach I had fun im this hotel
Location is great as easily accessible to beach, shops and transport Clean and comfortable Relatively good value Tea and coffee in lobby
Pool was often closed but not a good pool Wifi was erratic
