It's a awesome beach vacation

Beautiful place with everything we needed for a relaxing spring break.

Loved the Shoreline, 2 queen beds Gulf View, beautiful beach, quiet. Pool very clean. Lots of towels. Nice to have coffee and continental breakfast each morning at the front desk area. Would return.

didn't care for the screens on balcony .. had an emergency call from my son to the front desk , they did not forward that too me and when asked a simple " I don't know what happened there, goodbye " Front desk not open 24 hours, inconvenient ..

It was very good and would return. Like that it's right on the beach, easy access, and quiet.

I was very upset that guests could put towels down early in the morning, even before breakfast to claim their table! Then it would set empty until they were ready to use it. The last morning we were there we couldn't't even find a seat to eat breakfast, every table already taken and half of them empty. There needs to be some rule they need to be occupied to hold them.

Directly on a great beach, nice pool/courtyard gardens, screened balcony allows the sliding door to be open at night, new fridge, nice comforter, and fortunately the weather was perfect.

Although it's been significantly renovated, it's still an old motel at heart. Breakfast was mostly coffee, cereal bars, yogurt and really bad packaged pastries--made for shelf life, not taste.). The town of Madeira Beach seemed to be the least nice of all the beach communities.

It was quiet and very friendly. Good location to beach and John's Pass. Nice pool.

Patios have screens and I would have not wanted that, but it was fine.

Excellent location right on the beach.Staff very friendly and helpful.Walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores.Comfortable bed.

Very dated.Not enough beach chairs. The day we arrived all 8 were in use.We did get one late in the day.The next day we did not get one and the third day we were told the owner put them away because they were not returned the previous day.There was no sign saying they were to be returned nor was it mentioned at check in. Most Hotels have staff that put on the beach daily and gather at night.

The location was great and our oceanfront suite was spacious and well laidout for maximum use of space. The balcony was wonderful. The patio, pool and beach access were great. Lots of lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas.

The continental breakfast was a simple selection of pre packaged pastries and some granola bars. I was not impressed. As per the choices of "traveler profile", we are a mature couple but we were younger than most of the other guests definitely many more "mature" than us....kind of an old peoples resort rather than adults only but that might just have been because it was March.

The sound of air conditioners or outlet fans that was on the ground floor. We were directly above them. Nex time if possible I would like a place furtherest away from the noise.

The beach, warm pool,walking access to some good,quirky eating places.

Very little.everything good. One lady reception member was a bit lacking in friendliness.

The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and had a fantstic veiw of the Gulf. Pool was heated and in February that was important. Full kitchen was nice to have - but, needed updating. Nice continental breakfast every moring. Very friendly "all adult" guests.

Restroom was small and grout around tub was very dirty. Kitchen appliances need to be updated. Towels could be larger and not so thin.

Location to beach and shops. The facilities were easy to get around and very friendly.

The room was very old and had mold in bathroom tiles and tub also we had bugs coming in cracks around air conditioner which ran extemely loud which drowned out the road noise all night long. The bugs were taken care of by the time we went back to our room.

Heated pool that was heated! Good choice and plenty of it, for the continental breakfast. Good sized rooms, clean.

I liked everything. Shoreline is a cousy place. I did`nt feel myself as a quest, but rather as family member. Heated pool is fantastic ! The "breakfast" cannot be called a breakfast, but a morning snack. However, I was not disappointed, because I knew it in advance. Last April I spent in a portuguese island Madeira. I thought the only common thing with Madeira beach is the name. There was one other common thing too, the average age of the quests. Around 75. Fine to me because I am 70. So I was one of youngest ! Tauno, Espoo, Finland

This was our third visit to Shoreline Resort. We like the location on the beach, the pool, the comfortable rooms, the service.

The weather, we were hoping it would have been a bit warmer, but I guess the staff couldn't do much about that.

We stayed at Shoreline for two nights in late December. The location was great, the staff was friendly, and the property was quiet. The best part of our stay was the fact that our room was immaculate. I have never stayed in such a clean hotel room. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

The office hours here were less than convenient. It was closed by the time we arrived, but the staff left our room keys and information behind for us so we were able to get into our room. Some of the linens in the room could use an upgrade (fluffier towels, softer sheets, etc), but again, they were spotless.

Adults only is a plus, and it's directly on the beach.

Like most people I read a fews reviews for what it is i'm doing or for where I am going. I read an old one which I wont mention here! I will say that my wife and I are a mixed race couple//bkm//wtf// and never felt any feelings of not being welcomed by all persons related to the Shoreline island, reception, mantainance, housekeeking staff and owner all wheir friendly, helpfull and kind, lovely people! Driving from Tampa AP not a problem, 3 or 4 roads to take, parking at front always available, check in frendly and efficent, our room, a Kingsize studio gulf view room, which was perfect. If you stand about 5ft back from your balcony sliding door its like your set on the beach, (all you can see between your balcony and the sea is sand! wonderful stuff, and as for the evening sunsets! well you would not want to be anywhere else, perfect end to the day. Kitchen was great, could cook like home to home, bathroom with bath and shower, nice size. Location for me was just what I needed, no crowded beach, and an amazing beach to walk, run or stroll! I really cannot fault the Shoreline, geat place, poeple, good facilties and a wonderful location We would return and do recommend! Keep up the good work guys :) Tony & serena (UK)

The location and view was lovely. Fantastic photo oppertunity of the sunset.

My wife wasn't too impressed with the outside decor, however the room we had was very large and comfortable. Please, please remove the mesh screens from the balcony. They look really naff, are dated and spoil the view of the beautiful beach and ocean.
