“ The hotel was beautiful and very clean. All staff we spoke to were friendly and accommodating. We love the decor and comfort of the rooms and the hotel. The cost was about 20.00 more than other hotels we have stayed at in Pocatello and it was well worth it....also gave each of us a casino coupon. Will definitely stay again when we are in Idaho. ”

The rooms were clean and the location was conveniently close to Pocatello We liked the Casino The buffet breakfast was not worth the cost We would have liked a casino in the actual hotel

Room was nice and large with large bathroom. Room was very clean and nicely decorated. TV froze when I tried to select the HBO channel. Asked for a code and did not allow any escape without the code.

The hotel and event center (being new) was very nice. 1. I did not like the "incident" fee. I don't believe I have ever been charged $100.00 dollars a night before. It made me feel like I couldn't touch anything. I realize that an "incident" fee is normal, but $100.00 dollars a night is a bit much. 2. The service in the eating establishment was terrible. I waited an hour to receive a hamburger. My wife had already eaten her dinner and I was still waiting. I finally went over to the casino and ate. 3. I realize that non-smoking is the way of the future, but to have a totally non-smoking building is a bit of a bore. You could at least have designated smoking rooms for the comfort of your smoking guests. 4. I had booked three nights but decided to leave after one. We had talked with other guests who had the same feelings and left early also. 5. I know that alot of your staff is new to the "service" job. Maybe after some time and experiance under your belts, things will change.
