No hot water for shower toilet over flowed
The location and the creekside rooms
The balcony is extremely small. We found two roaches in the room; tiny ones, but still roaches. When we checked in, they had roofers working on the roof, very noisey; no warning.
pool area was very nice just wish that a sauna would work
the sonic not working
It was a quite place I liked the indoor pool and the creek view from our balcony and when we ask for the door to be fixed because we have a newborn baby and we visited in December there was air blowing in all around the door u could see light coming in all around the door and could actually feel cold air blowing all the way on the other side of the room thats how big the gap was so the first night we stayed because we checked in late and didn't realize the door was the problem we froze but the next morning we saw the problem with the door and went straight to the office and the maintenance man came right away to fix it we left for dollywood as he fixed the door and when we came back late that afternoon it was very warm in our room. The staff was very nice and we liked our room for the most part.
I didn't like the fact that we did have to freeze the first night with a newborn baby in the room and we didn't have a microwave and when I warmed up water in the coffee pot to sit the baby's bottles in to get warm everytime there was stuff in the water so we couldn't make coffee to drink from it because it was nasty and dated. The refrigerator froze our drinks even when we turned it down and the furniture was very dated the rest of the room had been updated though.
The convenience to everything.
The bed was terrible. It was uncomfortable and hard and the pillows were flat as pancakes.
Loved the private balcony!
The location was good
The beds were very uncomfortable, the sheets were dirty, the walls needed painting, the furniture was out date. The bathroom had mold in it.It was what i called a dump.It was the worst room i have ever stayed in.
the view from the balcony.
roaches, wall paper peeling of walls ,cigarette burns on the bath tub the carpet was nasty, the two coaches were very dirty, over all very dirty.
Price was great
They need an update , it hasn't been done since the 70,a and we went to try to eat breakfast in the restaurant they have and we're told she was behind and couldn't serve us
We were pleased with everything about the hotel especially our room right on the creek. We will stay again!!.
Frooler need clear
Had plenty of hot water.
Too far fromantic downtown to walk. Rooms needs updating. Bed sheets had stains on them. Wallpaper coming off the walls.
Had a great time! Price was unbelievably low. Staff was terrific and friendly. Paid for a queen room and was upgraded to a king upon check in. Pool and hot tub were great! Room was clean and comfortable. Loved the location and proximity to downtown and scenic mountain drive.
Wi fi was slow. Fireplace didn't work, but we didn't pay for it anyway so not a big deal. Pillows were a little flat, but staff was happy to provide extras.
Wallpaper patched and wrinkled, one of the pillows smelled of body odor, door locks outdated, poor insulation around doors, mold in bathroom tile, gum was stuck to bathroom floor, lights were old and tarnished.
The pool area was nice, hot tub really nice and hot, sauna good. The cafe was good as well, quaint and food was good.
The room needed updating but the bed was comfortable and enough space in the room for us as a couple. TV would go off and on by itself, satelite issue.
Bed was god awful, not a bit of hot water, phone in room did not work. The place needs a lot of remodeling. Booked 2 nights but only stayed 1 due to no hot water. Stayed at the Clarion our second night.
not much at all. just a plain place that's very outdated
I could hear wind coming through the door. the price was way too much for what I expected and I paid extra for a stream side room and the put me 3 stories up
Swimming and location
The problem with Tv
Our suite was secluded and had a balcony over the river. The jacuzzi was great and the fireplace made it feel cozy. We were also off of the main parkway, so it was quiet and relaxing.
The ice machine was out of order.
Staff was nice in spite of circumstances
Bathroom was bad. Shower head was old and hard to work. shower curtain was cheap and flimsy. refrigerator leaked as well and the room was so small. Other guests complained about the no hot water and the toilet being stopped up. Couple in the lobby said the breakfast food was horrible. Would not stay here again as better rooms are available at the same rate. Hotel is old and needs remodeling.
The facility needed updating badly, working in roof while there going thru our room to do the repairs. roaches in the room including bed. Hotel smelled bad in lobby and going to pool area. We will not stay there again.
Looks new and modern, only from the outside.
They charged for a very bad breakfast, normally free at other hotels/motels. Had to walk outside and down three flights to get a morning cup of coffee. Advertised as being on the main strip. Not true
The staff was helpful and friendly.
The rooms were run down and not very clean.
2nd floor to noisy
