the swimming pool is ok
we choose this hotel because it was suppose to be equipped with a kitchen: unfortunately, there is no utensil for cooking or for eating! Moreover, we have asked for 2 rooms in the appartment but we had the 2 beds in the same room.
We had a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom. The rooms and grounds were clean and the staff was very friendly. The location was great. It was far enough from the strip to where you can get away from the strip madness once you are ready for rest but not too far from the fun. There are gas stations and fast food restaurants near by. I think this is a good place to stay if you have a family and are on a budget. I will definately stay here again on our next trip to Las Vegas.
Toilet plugged up then they said it did it the other day too
We liked the location not too far from the strip.
We didn't like that there was no wifi available and there was mo kitchen utensils. The first time we stayed there, there was utensils but now there wasn't. But if you need somewhere to stay to sleep and bathe then this place it quite okay.
Easy to get to downtown
Dirty pool couldn't ice machine broken
Was able to do my washing and the pool was nice
Didn't like the area it was in, there wasn't a good shop nearby and complex was to big, I would rather stay in smaller.
The kitchen area. Being able to cook
Seen bugs not having pots and pans to cook in and the maid walking in my room while my husband and I were in bed
Everything, particularly the friendly staff and the nice, big suite with a living room and kitchen.
That it was a little too far away from the strip.
Spacious bedrooms & kitchen
No utensils or pans dishes (not even can opener) in kitchen & uncomfortable beds.
I always stay in Siena Suites when I am passing by Vegas, mainly because of the price and the fact that is a 2 bedrooms apartment for the price if 1
It could be more clean. It's not really bad, but it could be better.
There was never enough towels available. Also the building I stayed in had no wifi access.
Beatrice f who works t the front desk was very nice and accomodating. I would definitely stay here again . Great for couples and families.
On the first stay, everything was great. Convenient to the pool. Ice machine, laundry mat. Even tough we got only two king beds for five, we were fine. Love having 3 TV's, everyone can watch what we like.
The second stay. Spider web right on top of our entrance. one remote wasn't working. One Tv wasn't set on all channels, it was missing almost half. the building was old. One bedroom had sound on the floor as do it would break underneath us. Waste and water lines also not to good one faucet leaks, an one toilet gets clogged easily. I know all of these, I ran Housekeeping at Rancho La Puerta Resort for 8 yrs. We are the #1 spa in the world
The Price was good
Ratty couch con caved beds older TVs not enough towels provided
Clean and big suites.
No kitchen supplies and cheap amenities. We don't live here so why would we have kitchen supplies with us?
Excellent place to stay for one night or a month. Loved the separation of the kitchen/living area from the bedroom/bathroom. The staff was very friendly and professional.
We loved the fact that it was a kitchenette and that it had a separate room for the bedroom.
The worse part was roaches. We were sitting inthe living room when we noticed a roach walking across from behind the TV my bad across to the kitchen hall
Saw 3 roaches crawling on the wall & then I was nervous to fall asleep.
Nothing, thought the park next door would have been convenient for the dog, turned out to be a homeless encampment.
Filthiest , worn, burned, moldy carpet ever seen, facility used primarily as section 8 housing not a hotel, dumpsters overflowing
We loved the room & the kitchen.
For the price and location. Was a family trip so weren't looking to be by casinos. Although we did take the 10-15 min drive into town one night.
No kitchen utensils. I've stayed here before so I knew to bring mine.
Good service. A lot of space. Good price.
One of the sewerage were clogged in the master bedroom, there were cockroaches in the kitchen and doesn't have dishes, utensils.
that there were two pools... rooms were roomy
hotel staff not so accommodating regarding extra pillows, blankets. Cleaning staff never left towels, and would take the clean towels, and extra blankets everyday...
The cost was great.. And Ms. Bea was awesome..
My family and I had to deal with roaches. The bed broke after maid service.. It took all day before it was fixed. It was something on that couch that was bitting us..
The staff was helpful!
