Everything was expected for the price. Originally bill didn't have tax until front desk assistant informed additional $14 to the bill. Also, jacuzzi wasn't hot enough just warm and jet streams weren't strong at all.

Great lobby area, with lots of seating and large fireplace. Very nice room with a very comfortable king bed. Very nice pool and spa area. With all the extra wall space, it would be nice to have more storage areas. Move the coffee pot and fridge out of the bathroom. Would help to have a microwave.

Great location, we enjoy the hot tub and being near to good food, shopping and ski slopes!! The rates went up about $35 a night this year and this doesn't include continental breakfast as it used to. This makes it much less of a "good deal" than in previous seasons, so we may look elsewhere next time.

* The continental breakfast was dismal. Main feature was hard bagels or dried bread. * Not SNL fault, but Mammoth was basically closed for the season. Poor time to vacation in Mammoth....

The history, the photographs and memorabilia, the newly renovated room, but most of all... the hot tub!! The continental breakfast was a little too basic, not much choice.

That i have been staying here for about 15 years now. That it has changed to a want to be sophisticated hotel when its not. They stillhave no a/c and the ceiling and walls must be as thick as cardboard since you here everything from neighbors. This was one of the smallest rooms that I've stayed in and i didn't like the air brakes going off at 6am from the greyhound bus right outside my window. Very disappointed that after all these years can no longer consider this place my mammoth hotel. On to the next hotel.

The setting and style of the hotel, creates a good feeling and I feel relaxed as soon as I arrive there. Good choice available for the free continental breakfast.

Cosy lobby, good location in a very nice village and area overall. Breakfast could be definitely improved. It was supposed to be a pet-free resort but in the room next to ours there were 2 dogs. And many others around. Front desk staff knows (they have cameras) but prefer to ignore. Not professional al all. No discipline in the hotel, lot of noise and rooms are not noiseproof AT ALL. But despite all that I will probably come back again.

We had a room over the lawn, across from the restaurant. It was a hot night last Friday and there was no air conditioning in our room...we were told there is none in the hotel. There was a loud band playing in the restaurant, so we could neither close our window to shut out the sound (no air conditioning), nor go to sleep until the band stopped playing at 1 P.M. The night clerk offered 10% off our bill, which was appropriate, but it didn't allow us a reasonable bed-time!

not much. the staff did change our room eventually. we booked a long time ago and asked for a quiet room. we were told the Hotel was full - well that is great but no excuse not to get what we asked for. the rooms were very hot - no air conditioning but a fan that did not really cool the room. the carpets need cleaning and the whole place is in need of attention. the towel rail fell off the wall and it is very dated in furniture style. very sorry we choose this place and I think it was totally overpriced for what we received.

Breakfast buffet is ok, especially the fresh fruit. Food and drinks are not in the same building than the hotel. There is a wonderful bar in the hotellobby, but unfortunately no drinks are availible. The frontdesk stuff didnt know, that the Restaurant is already closed... Room was a little bit noisy.

Rooms were very nicely remodeled bathroom was really nice. No air conditioning in rooms, you have to sleep with the sliding door open. Our door faced the court yard that had a playground in it. Kids playing past 10pm made it very hard to sleep. We had to call the front desk to ask to have them settle down. The Kia were back at it at 6am! When leaving I told the front desk person about the noise level and all she said was oh that's not good, is it? The beds were hard as a rock! I'm still sore!!!

Fantastic hotel, with great food. From all the hotel I have stayed in, in America including 5* in Vegas, this beats them all. The toilet wasn't the best....

comfortable bed - good amenities (TV, fridge, microwave), nice main lounge, good location, clean, pleasant front desk poor maintenance - non-functioning bedside lamps, peeling bathroom flooring, sliding window impossible to open - very cheap pillows - the worst "continental breakfast" ever, even compared to much cheaper motels
