value for money comparing to locations closer to Yosemite valley. Nice restaurant and Bar , so you don't need to go out if it's too cold Comfortable beds, nice shower.
Loved it all! Great place to stay with lots to do, especially if you have young kiddos :)
Pool, jacuzzi, reception area and fire, lovely area,
Need a mirror in the room,
Rooms were good size Reception and lounge areas were warm and comfortable. easy onsite parking
aircon a bit noisy
The king bed was heaven heated bathroom floor, and toilet seat. Nice kitchen area, fireplace (gas). Room was clean and comfortable. Grounds were well kept. Price was great!
The Rafters (on site restaurant) bad service, high priced.
A choice of restaurant clean, comfortable
a little dated
whole environment of Mammoth lakes is beautiful. Resort is very nice for family stay.
one of the young ladies at the reception was very unpleasant
Rude reception staff
The mini gold was great and it has three great restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were really nice too!
It is a little bit away from the main village square but with a car it's completely fine.
best for everything, confortable bed and big room.perfect in summer period, but the best in winter time.center of city
Friendly welcome in the impressive reception area. Even under pressure the staff were friendly. Our room was great. I would love to revisit this hotel in ski season
we checked in late and were concerned about our reservations. When we arrived not only did we still have our resverations but we had been up graded. It was a pleasant suprise and a very nice room which had a small kitchen which allowed us to have a very nice comfortable breakfast in the privacy of our room.
Resort fee even for just an over night stay.
Almoust everything was perfect!
Too slow speed of wifi connection!
Too much noise from parking lot, including tour buses loading, diesel trucks arriving, skateboarders and a person vomiting. Our upstairs neighbors arrived late and night and clomped around talking loudly for quite a while before they settled down.
location, steam /sauna.
no AC, Fan was too loud and we were coughing with fan .
Staff could provide plenty of information and personal experience on various treks and other amenities in the area. The beds were very comfortable. Lovely restaurants close by. There is a lovely atmosphere in the hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
super clean and tidy very friendly personnel breakfast at next restaurant was very good
the fridge in the room was too loud the sauna was too small and the light there too bright
The inside of the resort felt warm and welcoming.
The wifi was slow, and the TV picture quality was terrible.
We were intentionally given the worst room because we booked at the cheap rate at booking.com. The very small room has a single small window with paper pull down "curtain". If the "curtain" is pulled down, it is pitch black inside.
Beautiful decor, nice services, fun for kids
Not enough personnel to give a give a great customer service: long lines in the lobby, complimentary coffee seldom available, etc.
Just loved the dark wood furniture which made us very cozy. The room was vast and had everything we needed. We also loved the restaurants nearby.
- clean, quiet
- the room has seen better days - very little lighting - vent in bathroom loud as a jet engine
Great beds and perfect bathrooms
4:00 Pm check in is to late
- noisy room (very unpleasant sound on the bathroom, poor isolation to sounds coming from outside) - impossibility to use the pool at the time expected (10 to 10.15 - the swimming pool opens at 10h) - the service was not the expected one for a hotel Resort&Spa!!
After being upgraded to a king room due to being mislead on the website, it was nice. The staff took action right away once I told them the room I was given was much different than what the was posted on the website.
When I checked in, I was given a room that looked nothing like what was posted online. The air conditioning did not work and it was not recently renovated as the website stated. I booked the room based on what I saw online. If they said only the upgraded rooms were renovated, I would've booked that room. When I told the front desk I was celebrating my engagement, they said I should've let them know. Why? Shouldn't they be truthful on what they advertise?
