Ungraded to a fireplace room Was beautiful and cosy the red lantern and tavern restaurants were great! very friendly helpful staff We wished we stayed longer than one night
lodge style resort comfy bed friendly staff great restaurant next door perfect location for getting to yosemite
Full laundry facilities, gym, and discounts in the adjoining restaurant when staying at SNRS. Liked the refrigerator and microwave which were available.
Expensive stay but on par for a 3 star in Mammoth Lakes. Older facility, very rustic in decor and in use by several large European tour groups (busses).. Noisy at night due to the adjoining restaurant and bar
Sammy was wonderful and the rest of the staff too. Very friendly!
The $20 resort fee and photos on line depict more of a resort - it's a motel with a nice lobby. Too expensive and misleading. They should at least include a free breakfast for the $$$ they charge.
Heated Tile floors in the bathroom Heated/lighted Toilet Comfy bed Comfy chairs Kitchenette Fireplace
TV too high in comparison to where the chairs were-ok if viewing from bed Wine bottle opener non-functional and they never replaced it.
Self catering appartment
Sofa bed mattress was uncomfortable (too thin) - and inferior to all others I slept on during my 2 week visit to us. Bar facility is average - not cosy or a place to spend long
Good location for exploring and not too far fr Yosemite. Was off season so very quiet.
Location was ideal. Pool area was excellent. The big open fire was fantastic.
The resort tax!!! Why is this not added to the price! $80 on top of the price is just ridiculous.
Staff was awesome, especially Abigail at the front desk. She was friendly and upgraded our room and provided 2 complimentary drink tickets for the bar.
Taxes and tourist burough fees are a bit much, wherever you go in Mammoth.
I was pleasantly surprised with impressive outdoorsy mountain cabin appeal. It was spotless and comfortably cozy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to visit again soon.
I wasn't able to share it with my wife.
Super friendly & helpful staff. Free upgrade. Good pool, hot tub & spa. Lamb at the restaurant was lovely. Nice clean room & good shower.
The internet was a bit patchy. Room price was more than we expected because of taxes & resort fee.
value for money comparing to locations closer to Yosemite valley. Nice restaurant and Bar , so you don't need to go out if it's too cold Comfortable beds, nice shower.
Loved it all! Great place to stay with lots to do, especially if you have young kiddos :)
very friendly place, nice staff and atmosphere in the object and around it ...
Pool, jacuzzi, reception area and fire, lovely area,
Need a mirror in the room,
Getting checked in you see the lobby and that gets you in the lodge/wintersport mood. Its vey cosy and welcoming. Nice pool and even nicer huge spa bath outside. Enough parking. Bathroom was recently renovated and had nice tiles and shower but only in the deluxe rooms!
After what I read and saw online (turns out to be the lobby) and for what we paid per night, the room was such a dissappointment! It was just a tiny motelroom with hardly room to walk around the bed. It was the smallest room of our 18 day roundtrip of the west of the usa! And it was supposed to be the deluxe room! When I asked they said the deluxe meant that our room had a renovated bathroom which was correct. No breakfast either at this rate of almost 200 dollars a night! Will not book this again. This was not value for money and it wasnt even highseason!
Great location if you go to Mammoth Lakes for skiing or hiking, etc.
We have been visiting Yosemite National Park from there which was quite a long drive there and back.
The room was great. The staff friendly and helpful.
Extra charges added to my bill when I checked out for facilities I was unable to make use of. Terrible organzarional problems at breakfast. Not the fault of the waitress. Lots of staff. Bad service. What's up with that?
Rooms were good size Reception and lounge areas were warm and comfortable. easy onsite parking
aircon a bit noisy
It was easy to access the hiking trails around the area.
We were upgraded to a very big room, but it was so gloomy with only one small window, and the paint colours not fresh. The air con unit is old and very noisy.
Mammoth lakes is a great little town. Great bar and lounge area.
The plain pine trimming of the room seemed a little lazy.
The king bed was heaven heated bathroom floor, and toilet seat. Nice kitchen area, fireplace (gas). Room was clean and comfortable. Grounds were well kept. Price was great!
The Rafters (on site restaurant) bad service, high priced.
A choice of restaurant clean, comfortable
a little dated
The room was OK, bathroom and shower actually very nice. Lobby is good for mingling and meeting other guests.
$25 per day were charged for no obvious reason (amenities, post-visit). This was meant for the pool, spa and kids club - we did not use any of it. Wifi and pool should really be free, charge the rest separately.
