Desayuno: no hay. &Quot; In regards to the breakfast we did notify Booking.com in August that we were not offering a breakfast any longer, as our restaurant was under construction. We do apologize that they did not change that in there system. Seguridad: no hay. Servicio: no hay. Chinches: sí hay. Buscar el hotel en otras páginas y veréis porqué no debes cogerlo.
I just love the atmosphere of this place. The room was small (and cozy) but opened to the veranda to a view of the countryside.
Charming and piecefull Place. You could formely sense the athmosphere of the last Century. The staff were helpfull and friendly. Our daughter left behind her stuffed animal, and they took care of "Morris" and sent him the long way back to Norway!!!!.Great service!!!
The pool could need a clean up.
It had a nice rustic decor and was quite.
Not all the advertised amenities (such as the restaurant and saloon) were available. Nor were we informed prior to our arival. There were no phones in the rooms, and low water pressure in the shower. There was no drinking water or filtered water available, just a bathroom sink. WiFi was down half the time.
Very beatuful place and location. Very quiet. Birds. Trees. Very fiendly staff.Nice interior decoration of hunting house.Wonderful!
If you have two beds in room-there will be a little not enough space. TV is small, old ,not LCD and located in closet. Not comfortable to watch from other bed because of closet flaps which you can not opened 180 degrees or more. There is steak house right on the ranch territory. Too bad they didn't write that it is closed for reconstruction. Because other restaurants are pretty far from this ranch.
Ambiance was great, loved the porch and common rooms.
Restaurant was out of order. Rooms were tiny.
Interesting and historical ranch. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was helpful. We loved watching the birds from the back veranda.
The ranch is still under construction but it will be a great place to stay when everything is completed. We wish the restaurant and bar would have been finished.
Very nice hotel. I loved very classical atmosphere of the hotel.
No breakfasts. Just coffee machine. However you will find small snack in your room when checking in.
Restaurant and bar were mot open when we stayed. But they were working on the place. Next year will be nicer.
The location is one of the closest to Yosemite South Gate, a few miles north of Oakhurst so very convenient to both. The ranch was looking a bit tired, but clean. New management have now taken over and are busy sprucing the place up.
The porches and lounges were lovely and comfortable for relaxing, reading, or enjoying a picnic. Although the address is Oakhurst, this is 3 miles closer to the park entrance than other Oakhurst hotels, and very peaceful.
Our room had no closet nor hooks to hang clothes, nor a comfy chair and were quite small. However, the nice lounges and porch areas compensated. Our bed was comfortable, but we were kept awake by people conversing on the porch outside our window fairly late. (Not the hotel's fault.) I wish Booking had included tax in their price. There was some confusion about the price when we registered, partly from that and partly from an error by one of the staff. But they were gracious in working it out.
Loacation near Tenaya Lodge Had swimming pool. Had WiFi
Very small room, Seemed cramped. No chair for sitting. Very old, needs refurbishing No restaurant
Good Wi-Fi Deck outside your door. Comfy bed. Old rustic charm. Fridge
Old TV - limited channels Walk in shower Breakfast of juice and granola bars left in room. No A/C - Ceiling fan No facial tissue No nearby restaurants
Near Yosemite park We understand that the hotel is under new ownership and lack of restaurant will be rectified. Then maybe breakfast will be better. Also facilities and rooms will be improved.
No hanging space or hooks for clothes Breakfast awful Other early morning departures rattling their cases along the wooden slats on the terrace outside room- they should be asked to go down steps nr. Reception Room cramped - very large cupboard containing TV and large fridge take up excessive space
the room was cramped and felt unclean. The shower was disgusting and the drain worked slowly, leaving me standing in 6' of water. The wood veranda felt like it was going to collapse when I ventured out to walk on it at night. The glory of the past has been totally lost by inattention to basic details and clutter.
Spooky tales and atmosphere. Nice lounge Unique style.
Breakfast very basic. Hardly any guests. No bar open.
Dirty sunbeds Non-functioning a/c in rooms No restaurant No proper breakfast Strange atmosphere
Nice and peaceful location near the South entrance to Yosemite. The former ranch provides a relaxed atmosphere. We enjoyed the evenings at our private table on the nice terrace. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel was undergoing renovation, so the Restaurant was not open.
quality of rooms and breakfast
location was ideal for our trip, property has great potential. coffee was good.
had to move from one room to another due to bathroom fixtures not working properly, AC not working well, no hot water first night, Restaurant closed and under construction, Continental breakfast was really weak, construction workers began there work before 8 am. needs a heavy dose of TLC.
nice service, nice place on the way to Yosemite
This property has just changed hands ( unfortunately we didn't realise between booking and staying). It is now going through some updating but should have closed during this? We were put in bunkhouse - awful! Restaurant closed, pool didn't look like it had been cleaned in weeks, abandoned chairs, toilet on grounds, rooms with upended mattresses. Didn't stay for breakfast - feared we may be poisoned by broken refridgerators? Uncleanliness? Pass it by and stay somewhere else. Bizarrely wifi excellent because new owners invested in technology? Got priorities wrong over service, making the place better.
We are an older couple and stayed here on 28 july 2014. We did appreciate the american breakfast in the restaurant. The friendly staff did their best to serve us well. We had good wifi as our room was close to the office. This place is good when you want to visit Seqouia National Park.
They put us in that ugly bunkhouse which should be demolished. We really did hate the room they gave us. I even didn't want to give the pool a close look, dirty as it was. They have a nice website but the reality is very different. This place had obvious been mismanaged for many years. Don't stay here!
Just only the location It could be a very nice hotel but it need a tons of hard work
Staff quite rude at our arrival room old, too old and vad equipped No breakfast in the morning even if included in room night rate The restaurant is closed
