View, balcony

We were just passing through and didn't spend much time at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and overlooking the bay. We look forward to staying here again, hopefully for a bit longer next time.

The staff is very friendly, and always appear to be in a good mood. We noticed that on multiple nights, at the start or end of shift, staff was still willing to help, and were very engaging to their customers. All rooms are Ocean/Bay view Rooms and the view is excellent. The windows are fairly large, and some units have balconies (you need to request these if you stay here.) Each room includes some new in-room dvr type device that hooks to the hdmi1 port on the tv, giving a limited selection of free on demand movies. A nice touch is that the dvr syncs up to the Hotel guest system, and displays the customers name. We were able to find some kid friendly selections. Tv was a mid sized flat screen type, and fridge and micro while small, worked well. Rooms have updated mag card locks which worked well even during power outage.

Noted that the listed price of the room inside was roughly half of the rate Booking.com charged. The room and furniture was dated, small bathroom, and the beds were not comfortable. The hdmi2 port was locked by tv setup keeping a person from using their own hdmi device (pc, dvd, Roku, Game system) unless they unplugged the Hotel's movie dvr box. If you have the extra port, you should allow customers to use it to keep wear and tear down on the hotel equipment and cords. Power went out several times (through no fault of the hotel...whole block was blacked out a few times) and alarm clock batteries were not present.

The location was excellent. Complimentary parking and breakfast was a bonus and the rooms were large.

Location--nice facility-convenient to visit up and down coast. We will come again.

Someone took a full bottle of wine out of our refrigerator! Who? It was put in the fridge immediately on arriving and when we went to open the bottle it was gone! Maid, someone walking down the hall when the door was open?? In any case it was gone when we went to open it. Nothing else was missing.

Very nice clean rooms at a great rate. Nice view and a great beach to walk on. Lots o seals in the bay to watch play

The hotel was beautiful, very well located, with a wonderful view.

the service was outstanding..with a very special shout out to Linda. She made our family's mini vacation one to always remember...She made all my boys feel like honored quests. Which is no easy task since my boys are 29 13 and g.son 6

well the continential breakfast left alot to be desired. No fresh fruit nor protein (i.e. meat, eggs). Just coffee, juice, waffles,plain bagels and cold cereal.

Location was ok

No Balcony on my room, the website said the room had dvd Players, mine did not. There was no Pool. And under teh beds were full of trash, garbage and old Fruit. We told the front desk person as we were leaving. We noticed it after we were getting shoes from under bed. The doors were very hard to close, you had to Slam them. Parking was too Tight, especially if you have a suv. Spaces were to close together and we had to park on the street.

I wasn't sure that I was getting a room without a balcony, and I asked the manager if she had a room available with one. I explained to her that my girlfriend and I were on our first trip together, and she upgraded us to a king sweet... for no extra cost. Loved the room! Thank you!

Breakfast was ample but there was no toast, no fresh fruit or yogurt, all of which I would have preferred to what was offered. The beds needed to be replaced.

Cost

The location is perfect. Couple minutes drive to Tanger Outlet Mall and right next to Mo's. The room is clean. Front desk lady is extremely nice.

The wifi was not working. Was given a password that didn't work.

The staff was so friendly and accomodating. The room was gorgeous and the view from the balcony even better.

The bed was kind of hard, but it didn't stop me from a long, restful sleep.

We were happy with the friendly staff, clean room, and location. The price was right for our budget.

When we went to our room upon check in it still wasn't ready. But was quick and apologetic so it worked out.

our check in was 3pm but the lady was cleaning until 430pm.. we had a very tired and crabby 3 yr old by the time we got into our room and settled. the next morning the elevator wasn't working either.. stayed on the fourth floor..

Local friendly people. Mo's, good variety of pubs and eateries.
