Would have liked to be directed to silver cloud hotel stadium when I made my reservation through booking.com. We came to seattle for baseball

The location of the hotel was very convenient. As a nightlife lover it was both close to places where the city is still alive at night and also only 20min walking distance to downtown. Has shuttle service to several places.

I don't know if this directly applies to hotel or not. Once we called shuttle to go back to the hotel. Even if we were told that shuttle would come in 20 min we waited for 1 hour but the shuttle did not arrive so we had to walk back to the hotel. 20Min compared to 1 hour. The problem was the misleading info.

VERY noisy outside our window both nights. We faced into the courtyard and there was yelling until 3 or 4 every morning.

Staff was really great and the facilities would rate 3 and a half stars from Michelin.

The fan in our bathroom was really quite noisy and there was anothe fan running just outside the room door. Not a showstopper but rooms 246 and 248 are pretty noisy.

The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. The staff at reception were great giving us an early checkin. The little 24 hour shop in reception is a godsend. Beds were comfy and the room was lovely.

The hotel was immaculate, the staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle was a life-saver as this hotel is away from the downtown attractions and the space needle. We used it at least five times. The pool and hot tub were clean and inviting. The exercise room looked well equipped, although we didn't get a chance to use it.

Everything far exceeded our expectations. The staff was fantastic, the shuttle service to different attractions and the Jimmy's on Broadway's food was fantastic. The over all stay was great, but the staff really pushed it over the top Lena was fantastic when we checked in, she gave us the low down on the area and explained all of their services offered to their customers.

There was not one thing we didn't like.

Never stayed here before. Last minute choice. Delighted with the experience. Room was very comfortable, very nice king bed, refrigerator and microwave, and a separate bar-style sink and counter. Lots of hot water for the shower! Very easy to get to points in Metro Seattle. Breakfast in the room very good an inexpensive. Grocery shopping one block away, lots of small restaurants nearby, also.

Staff was very hospitable, courteous, and professional. Cleaning staff also very good. Very, very pleased with our stay.

Parking fee is high, but somewhat understandable.

the location is perfect to the vibrant Capitol Hill district--and near where my daughter lives. I also very much like that the windows open to let in fresh air!!!!!

The breakfasts we used to enjoy, included in our overnight, are not there any more.

Everything was fine.

Restaurant was not very good. Would be much better to have a small continental breakfast included in the room rate. And, one problem we did have was that there was a couple talking very loudly on and off through the night sitting on the benches in front of the hotel near the fountain, which kept us awake for a long time. We did call the front desk and they took care of it promptly (thank you!) but I suggest you take the benches in at night after midnight so that it's not an invitation to people to talk there--sound echoes very loudly in that courtyard.

A shuttle was driving downtown every 30 minutes.

Customer service is excellent. All staff are friendly and eager to help with anything. Shuttle was great, housekeeping was great. Fridge and microwave in every room. Pool is clean. Security was good.

Coffee maker had to be plugged in in the bathroom cuz the outlet on the counter was not working.

The room was clean and the besd were comfortable. The front desk was very helpful and accomidating.

The maid knocking and entering the room at 10:00 am waking us up when check out isn't until 12:00pm. They should have usb plug in for music.
