A shuttle was driving downtown every 30 minutes.

Customer service is excellent. All staff are friendly and eager to help with anything. Shuttle was great, housekeeping was great. Fridge and microwave in every room. Pool is clean. Security was good.

Coffee maker had to be plugged in in the bathroom cuz the outlet on the counter was not working.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I think the location is perfect for someone who wants to visit Seattle.

The room was clean and the besd were comfortable. The front desk was very helpful and accomidating.

The maid knocking and entering the room at 10:00 am waking us up when check out isn't until 12:00pm. They should have usb plug in for music.

There is good services of free Shuttle bus take you to downtown and pick up. Hotel rooms are very clean. Staffs are so nice.

It is hard to find resteraunts around hote.

Sheets so starched when kids moved it kept us awake and woke them up!

Very friendly and helpful staff room was spacious and love the convenience of having fridge, microwave, sink and countertop great location - we needed to be near century ballroom love having the shuttle love the fact we are able to have 4 people in room without paying more.

I did not see any bins for recycling (paper, glass, plastic) I would like the housekeepers to not replace towels that are hung up to save on laundry, environment

Wonderful staff and also has a free shuttle that takes you to all of the major attractions on the hour. You call when you are ready to be picked up and they are there within 15 minutes. So nice not driving in a city you are not familiar with.

My one night stay turned into two due to a bout of the flu. The staff was helpful. Room service was a life saver.

I wish I could have extended my stay without having to go down to the desk. Not a big deal but I was so sick it is the last thing I wanted to do.

The beds were comfortable and the room was cared for. The business facility was operational and a nice feature.

I booked with Silver Cloud Hotel on Broadway to enjoy their pool and spa. There was no mention on booking or on the sch site that the pool and spa was closed for renovation. I think clients should have received a slight discount for this important amenity was not available for the week that we were there.

King room with huge whirlpool. Fireplace with heat controls. Great bedding. Big T.V. could be watched from tub and bed. Jimmy's lounge had happy hour from 3 until 6 pm and then again after 9, with great quality appetizers for cheap. Bartender, Scott, was super friendly and helpful.

Pool & hot tub were closed, which wasn't stated on the website... Very far away from Waterfront, Space Needle, Pikes Market and Pioneer Square, although a free shuttle service provided drop off and pick up. Front desk forgot to tell new driver we called for pick up and we were waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes before we were picked up. We would have just taken a cab if we knew we would have to wait that long.

I requested a top floor room on nye, and they were able to accommodate me. The restaurant downstairs was convenient, and the food, while not amazing, was certainly edible.

Our bathroom was fridgid. I believe it was directly above the stairwell, and it made it quite unpleasant. Running the heat in the room made no difference in the tile and plastic of the bathroom. The spa/pool was located in the garage. Strange. Difficult to get to. After taxes, parking was $24, all though it was advertised as $19. Parking was $10 in the lot next door. When paying $200 for a one night stay, complimentary parking does not seem like too much to ask.

The shuttle was great. Nice staff and clean.

It was real close to the Swedish Hospital and that was the purpose for our stay.The Hotel was very clean,updated,easy to get to from I-5,we would stay there again.

I liked the friendliness of the staff

All the pillow cases had black stuff on both sides as if they had not been changed so we did not get to sleep on pillows.

My only complaint is that the beds are to hard. This is the second time I've stayed at the hotel and I had a different room each time. On both occasions my hips hurt in the morning from the bed. Other than that I have no complaints and will return, I just hope the beds will be upgraded.
