Silver Cloud Inn - Bellevue Downtown  

Great location!! Walking distance to Bel-Square, tucked into a residential setting. Super access to freeways, but quiet. Botique hotel feeling compared to big-box hotels by freeway. Very friendly staff.

Elevator takes its time.... maybe a reminder that we need to chill our pace a bit :-)

One of the young receptionists was giving WTF facial expressions to people as they walked in, but then warmed up to you once she realized you were a paying customer (not sure she realizes that she's doing it). No big deal though, just noticeable.

Location is great easy to park and close to restaurants, shopping. Staff was friendly and good breakfast in the morning included in the rate. Large TV and comfortable room.

Rooms are a bit small

The rooms are spacious and clean. The lobby was very warm and welcoming as was the staff when we arrived.

The beds were uncomfortable. They were wobbly and uneven. The breakfast wasn't great. It needs more variety like muffins. It wasn't well stocked when we went to breakfast.

In winter, the hotel is very warm. I was on the top floor and had to turn off the heat and open the window. I have experienced this more than once.

Saff was extremely friendly, breakfast was excelent and the rooms were nice and clean

The hotel is an easy ten minute walk to the main part of Bellevue city and a fifteen minute drive to Seattle.The staff was very helpful and friendly.The hotel is clean up todate and well maintained,the free parking and good free breakfast plus the location make this a good alternative to staying in downtown Seattle.My wife and I were pleasantly surprised how nice the city of Bellevue is and will definitely visit again.

Nothing,this isn't a fancy hotel but a nice up todate clean hotel that I would stay at again when in that area.

Updated, clean room and friendly staff. Typical hotel noise, but not really anything too noisy or unexpected. Overall a great place to stay, had a really nice breakfast everyday.

Free parking and good buffet breakfast. Walking distance of Bravern stores as well as Bellevue Collection Mall. Excellent nearby restaurants.

Some improvements are needed with the maid services (trash not emptied in 3 days, shampoo not replenished). Everything was perfect during a previous stay, so maybe it was a one time thing. Our room only had a shower and there was no mention about it. We were traveling with a baby and it is hard to bath a baby in a shower. We requested a crib to the hotel a month in advance. It would have been nice that the hotel realizes that who travels with a baby for several days needs a bathtub.

Wonderful and central location; easy access to interstates. Nice hot breakfast, courteous staff. Like newspaper at my door and good coffee in room. Great lobby area and selection of tourist brochures.

Hallways very hot. No openers for bottles in rooms.

My wife and I stayed at this same hotel a few years back for our 6th anniversary and just stayed there again for our 10th anniversary and I have to stay we might make this hotel an annual thing they are inexpensive but in my opinion luxury in terms of comfort. We love how much comfort you get for the price.
