Great view for the room. Was a very nice place to stay for first visit to Seattle. Shuttle driver Ken made us feel welcome.

Waiting in Pioneer Square after a game for almost an hour because the shuttle was full...I would stay downtown next time I'm in Seattle.

The gym is well equipped and maintained. Maids were very friendly and efficient.

Front desk staff were unhelpful and discourteous, layout of hotel is confusing and ill-conceived (parking to hotel), rooms are dark, temperature in hotel was always imbalanced.

I went with a couple friends to celebrate my birthday in Seattle.This hotel was excellent. It exceeded my expectations. The view was amazing. The shuttle service was nice and the staff was friendly. They had a few of my favorite things a hot tub, gym, and pool that I could access 24hrs a day. I will be returning mid summer just for Leisure by it being right off the water it was very relaxing. The shuttle driver was super friendly too I believe his name is Paul (we realized later...we had called him Trevor all night, no idea where we got Trevor from). GREAT EXPERIENCE

The only issue we had was with billing. I asked them not to bill a certain card because a friend that was with me would be picking up the bill as a birthday gift. They said that would be no problem and it looked like they noted that. Well the next morning they ran my card anyways. I talked to them about it and they quickly fixed it and apologized for the mix up. That one incident isn't enough for me to not visit again and I still recommended it to friends!! I also will still be booking my next stay within the next few weeks!

Breakfast was great. Noon check out time was very helpful for us. Shuttle Services were a great option.

Beds were very uncomfortable! Shuttle Service drop off/pick up spot in Pioneer Square is a very bad location as far as aggressive transients.

The breakfast was good, and the shuttle was excellent. Being able to wash our clothes before the start of our cruise was a wonderful feature, and one that was not expected.

Great amenities - pool, fitness room, great breakfast, free parking, shuttle to multiple downtown locations with pickup/dropoff. Very clean. Amazon balcony view of the water. Perfect location to get to and from the city.

It is very good in location , staff and service especially the free shuttle bus to three location ie. Pike place market , Space needle and underground tour. Staff is friendly.

The staff were great. Rooms were nice and big and clean.

Location - Its a bit far from main tourist areas. They do have a shuttle bus, but you have to book in advance. The sea planes are just outside and can be a little loud (only with the door open).

We liked the Shuttle service in and out of the centre of town, the drivers were great, Also the rooms were good and all other Facilities, Good lounge room and balconies on level 3 and TV area etc Would stay again

We had the king suite on the 3rd floor which looked out on a parking lot and the dumpsters. Was really hoping for a more pleasureable view.

We enjoyed the location as most of our outings were near U of W. There were also many complimentary services that would make any traveler happy: generous breakfast, free secure covered parking, and shuttle services to main attractions in the city.

Air conditioner was a little noisy. When we asked to use a bottle opener, front desk called and said they had one and if we wanted to use it we would have to come down to the front desk. A nicer touch would have been to offer to bring it to the room.
