All the road construction nearby made it difficult to get to the hotel, but was glad to know there was a shuttle service available.

The location even with the roadworks nearby is still excellent for access to all areas. The parking areas have good easy access to the lifts which made moving in and out easy. The breakfast room is inviting and has a lovely outlook.

Plenty of good restaurants on the water front. Quiet environment on the waterfront of the late.

The garage can be very crowded and parking spots are quite narrow.

Room was large and beds were very comfortable. We really needed a fridge for our food so we were very happy to have one in the room. The breakfast options were excellent.

We had fine weather and the area by the lake was very nice. The terminus of the Streetcar from downtown is within walking distance but they also have a complimentary pick-up and set down shuttle for the downtown. Large coffee table with books in the foyer is a nice touch.

Decor is ok but a bit tired

The shuttle service was fabulous and never needed a car which was a big plus. Wonderful breakfast and great facilities.

The location was perfect for our trip to the Museum of History and Industry, the Wooden Boat Center, and the general area of the Lake Union Park. Having access to the slut was perfect for getting downtown.

The front desk people were very helpful. They printed off directions for me and called a cab for me. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was really good and a variety to pick from.

My sister came from Canada and I came from Portland, so we had 2cars,with parking for just one car. The only thing I would improve on would be more parking. Everything else was great ! Thank you

For the money, the room was large and comfortable. It was quiet and well appointed with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and other amenities. The breakfast buffet was great.

The in-room hot tub was great.

The biggest issue with it was that you could not hear the TV while using the jets in the hot tub. If they mounted speakers by the tub, it would allow you to listen to the TV without having it so loud as to disrupt the neighbors.

This is a great place to stay. It's a bit away from the city center but they have a shuttle every 30 mins to and from several places in the town ands are flexible about pick up points if they are able to be. Breakfast is buffet and quite adequate with good coffee. Rooms are a good size, clean with bathroom and coffee bar, tv and all the usual bits. Lake view is best and they will move you there if unavailable at time of booking but comes available later, if you ask. Very helpful, professional staff, will go again.
